I loved working with Kelsey Madden at Kotis Design. She was efficient, fast to respond, and made everything quick and easy. I appreciated how she answered all my questions in detail, which left me well informed. Designing the bar mitzvah sweatshirt was pretty amazing. Kelsey Madden listened to my suggestions and incorporated them perfectly. The sweatshirt turned out great, and my kid loves the feel of it. I also appreciated Kotis Design's time efficiency and professionalism. They logically explained the timeline for ordering and delivery, which was really helpful. I love the easy to use interface of Kotis Design. It's great for when we're sharing it with people who have never used it. It's just like a basic online shopping experience, so it's very self-explanatory. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think there are some features to the platform that could be improved, like being able to upload different files or change small things. My other issue is inventory management. Kotis has been a HUGE improvement from our previous company store. We didn't realize it until we moved to Kotis, but we were actually stunting our own internal culture with our previous vendor. With Kotis, we've been able to Reward & Recognize employees with ease, we're excited about holiday gifts we're already working on (custom ugly sweaters - YES PLEASE), and we're rolling out New Hire store-fronts so our 100% remote employee population can get the swag they want right away upon hire, sent directly to their homes. The only miss we've noticed so far is the opportunity for managers to be able to easily rewards & recognize their employees themselves. Today, managers have to ask HR, HR issues a Gift Card code, and the employee shops. I like the quick timing on everything from Kotis Design, as items usually take just 2-3 weeks to be delivered to our office. I also appreciate the vast selection of products and the different brands available for selection. I have been using Kotis Design for several years to order products for company events, and I know I can always rely on receiving high-quality products from dependable suppliers. I love the easy-to-use order portal, which makes the process straightforward and smooth. The Kotis Design team consistently provides great customer service, responding quickly to any questions or concerns I have. I also appreciate that their design team does a fantastic job of placing logos on products, and I've never needed to request changes when reviewing proofs. Currently, the Kotis team sends out purchase estimate invoices via email and sometimes I have to ask for the estimate more than once. If the estimate could be uploaded into the portal and attached to my order with an automated email notification indicating it's available for download, this would streamline the process and likely increase the speed at which a purchaser receives their estimate, which would also decrease the wait time to get a purchase order created and shared back to the Kotis Design team so they can send the order to production. Additionally, being able to go into the order and populate the PO number once available so that the order can be finalized would also speed up the entire process versus having to email the Kotis team to share the PO number.. Working with Kotis Design has been a great experience. My account manager has always been incredibly quick to respond to all of my (many!) questions and requests, and I’ve really appreciated the responsiveness. Proofs are always turned around quickly when I ask for them, which makes the whole process smooth and stress-free. On top of that, everyone I’ve interacted with has been super friendly and easy to work with. I used Kotis Design very recently to order 30 hats for my team and the service reps are fast and responsive, always there for me. What I really appreciate is that we didn't have much team swag before, but now everyone on the team has a branded product thanks to Kotis. Also, the initial setup of Kotis Design was very easy!
