What do you like best about Kontakt.io?

I have worked with Kontakt for the past 2 years, I deploy Kontakt beacons 3 - 4 times per year, and use the online portal nearly every month.

My account manager, Maria, has always been so attentive and responsive to my queries and requests. The sales process is excellent.

I have the opportunity to have the products pre-configured prior to being dispatched which greatly helps me with the implementation of the product.

The UI is great, especially with the recent updates of the portal.

I don't currently have an integration with my systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kontakt.io?

For reporting, I would like to be able to integrate an api to pull statistics from the beacons into my own system. The need for gateways to pull stats adds a greater cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The software has a topmost support team that is very ready and fast to respond to their customers' problems hence customers rely on it due to its best customer support. The platform has the technology that has helped most of its users who would like to transform a building into a safe and functional place. What do you dislike about Kontakt.io?

They do not have a North American warehouse or facility, so there is the risk of overseas shipping; however that has not been an issue for us.
