
I have worked with Kontakt for the past 2 years, I deploy Kontakt beacons 3 - 4 times per year, and use the online portal nearly every month.
My account manager, Maria, has always been so attentive and responsive to my queries and requests. The sales process is excellent.
I have the opportunity to have the products pre-configured prior to being dispatched which greatly helps me with the implementation of the product.
The UI is great, especially with the recent updates of the portal.
I don't currently have an integration with my systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For reporting, I would like to be able to integrate an api to pull statistics from the beacons into my own system. The need for gateways to pull stats adds a greater cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
