The support from Koncert is un-matched, out of this world! It is one of the best platforms to integrate with HubSpot, which is not always easy.

The interface looks outdated. That is really it so far

**What do you like best about Koncert?**

My favorite feature of Koncert is the time it gives me back in my workday. I can complete triple the number of calls in the same time (or less) than I could manually calling each prospect one by one. It is super helpful to build a list by industry or person and I know exactly who I'm going to talk to in a goiven call block and can rotate these lists each day/week.

**What do you dislike about Koncert?**

At times it could be helpful to have some background info as to who I'm talking to - perhaps a background section or link to a LinkedIn profile when the prospect answers.

**What problems is Koncert solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have a ton of time back in my day and am less frustrated making calls as opposed to manually dialing back to back.

As a manager of a remote SDR team, it is easy to see and view the performance of the team, to better coach and onboard new team members.

In the report for scoring calls, I wish there was a rolled-up score for each call.

Take advantage of the support and monthly meetings to help you stay on top of how effective you use the tool.

Easily call all of your contacts quickly and efficiently. Its very helpful to be able to see all of the names on the list as you go down. Schedules time immediately which is great!

**What do you dislike about Koncert?**

If you are calling multiple companies at once it can be a bit confusing to see who it's calling. I think the colours used to indicate who has been called, who hasnt and whos number is not great should be totally different so it is clearer

Being able to mass call all contacts at once. In the UK we always have a huge issue with numbers and getting connects so doing it this way makes it much easier and painless

Time saver! Koncert helps me connect with more prospects per session than I would if I was dialing on my own. It connects with our CRM which is also a huge time saver for notes, FUs, and other info on convos.

Connection to wifi can be finicky. There are some details that you need to be aware of, if not, it can negatively impact phone calls  (area codes, time zones calling in, etc.)

It's a huge time saver. I have realized that it's helping me be prepared / on my toes - I feel like it's helping me shape up my pitch.

The flow of getting into calls without the lag time in between calls allows for reps to get into a rhythm and become more effective during calls. Ease of use.

The only downside was not being able to see previous notes on who we are speaking with (was cut off for me).

I like the ability to be able to mass dial prospects quickly and call more than one person at once.

Before you get connected with a prospect the line is silent! Then you'll hear a beep and the other person will have already been on the phone for a few seconds.

Be sure you're confident on the phone and can talk quick on your feet.

Being able to mass dial prospects and not have to hand type everyone number is super helpful. I've realized I've been able to make 100+ calls in the same time I could have made 10 by dialing myself.

In my experience with ConnectLeader, there’s no other way to prospect as efficiently and keep our sales team selling instead of cold calling.

The only downside is having to coordinate all these new appointments!

ConnectLeader is helping us to set appointments with prospects that would be otherwise unreachable. The benefits for my company is saving our sales people time by not having to prospect and instead skipping right to meaningful interactions.

Koncert's TeamDialer solution connects my sales development reps w/ an average of 10+ live prospect conversations in a single hour, as opposed to the 2 or 3 we would have doing our own dialing. Additionally, they handle localized numbers and compliance for us on the backend.

Nothing at this time. Keep up the goods.

I was skeptical until I tried it, but our pilot quickly proved out the model. Give it a test drive before making up your mind.

**What problems is Koncert solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to talk to more prospects in less time. At its best, this means we get more opportunities from those live conversations, but another huge benefit is being able to disqualify prospects faster while also getting more referrals to the right decision-makers.

Koncert has allowed us to aggressively target our prospects. No more waiting on the off chance of someone responding to email flurries. Makes our job 100x easier.

**What do you dislike about Koncert?**

The only downside is a rarity- occasionally the line will be transferred a second too late and the person will hang up in the brief pause. When I say rare, I mean it. It has nothing to do with the Koncert rep.

**What problems is Koncert solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem Koncert solves is time-consuming dialing. When I joined Ayehu, now Resolve, we were already using Koncert, so it is a rarity that I manually dial. I cannot imagine having to do that full-time. Koncert allowed me to be effective from day one.

The thing I enjoy the most is the ratio of dials to connects. The number of people I can get on the phone within a shorter amount of time speeds up the process of gathering information and getting referrals to ultimately contact the decision-maker.

It can sometimes feel disorganized. While you are able to uncheck the people that you do not want to be called, It would be a little nicer on the eyes if you could delete them from the list as a whole or add to lists as you go.

We are solving the problem of not being able to get any live connects with the number of people we usually manually call in a day. The most significant benefit is the number of people you get on the phone. It speeds up the whole process of qualifying a prospect and getting to the right person to set a meeting.

1. The Product works - period. I talked to dozens of more people on my lists every day than I would without them. 
2. The people who sell and service the product are great people - they know what they are talking about, and they won't sell you something you don't need or cannot use - even if you want to! They care about the relationship, not the sale. 
3. It Feels like they are on your Team once we're working together. 
4. Call Centers - dials - total experience is SO MUCH BETTER than anything else I've used - and I've used everything in the space.

**What do you dislike about Koncert?**

Nothing - nothing at all, they've been perfect, and I've been with them for almost a year now.

**What problems is Koncert solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. My Top reps and I talk to the bulk of the prospects now - I can shade the conversations towards the people who close them. 
2. Activity is at all all-time high - we have more recruits and people in our pipeline than any other time in our 16-year history.

**What do you like best about Koncert?**

What I like best about Koncert is the multiplication of my efforts. Before, I was endlessly dialing away, calling hour after hour, sometimes with zero connections. Since starting using Koncert, I am booking ~1-2 appointments per day, clocking 120 calls before lunch.

**What do you dislike about Koncert?**

The only thing I dislike is the scheduler. It seems pointless to have to input in a time block to pick up and dial - entering a schedule block on Koncert and pressing call has you up and running instantaneously; it seems like an extra task for no reason.

**What problems is Koncert solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connects - a voice on the other end of the phone to pitch. I have realized that my time is precious. Being able to have the power of 4-5 dialers behind me has skyrocketed my connections. Working on my pitch continually and my delivery rather than how many dials I can get in to hopefully reach someone is a huge plus.

Provides a smooth process when it comes to dialing down lists. Always have better connect rates than when I am dialing alone. Transition from dialing and getting connected to having a conversation is also easy. Good Data collection as well

Sometimes list imports have to be very specifically tailored to ConnectLeader lists; sometimes connection isn't great

Trying to get in front of as many prospects as possible without manually dialing off a phone. It is doing great at solving for that problem and allows you to call into a list of 100 people in 10 minutes.

The interface is very out of date. With that said, the support in helping our team understand the tool and get up to speed has been phenomenal!

**What do you like best about Koncert?**

The dialing program and email cadence has been wonderful in helping to keep track of customers and deliver information to them. Trucadence is a wonderful tool to help stay in contact with clients. 

Connect leader's Sales (Jim) and Support team (Katie, Erica, and Krystine ) are top notch and help to deliver an enjoyable customer experience. They are super helpful with answering questions. They are all easily accessible when calling for help and super quick and replying to emails. 
I really love working the support team with helping to answer user questions and troubleshooting issues if they happen.
All in all Connect Leader is a wonderful company and enjoy using their service and working with their team.

The system is very straight forward. But after further long term use, the reporting metrics on emails and contact records could be more robust.
The Team dialer option is nice feature but the connect rate of numbers could be higher. 
The call quality of connections are somewhat low in that there are many times where the dial will beep to indicate connection but there will be silence.

Current business problem is how can my team and I automate processes to better keep track of thousands of clients and develop better relationships with new prospects.  Through using Connect leader we are realizing better automation steps and processes to implement in our team structure.

Not only did using it increase my connections but logging in to the phone bridge and simply letting Koncert do its thing was much easier than the traditional method of going through accounts in Salesforce and talking to gate keepers constantly in the hopes that you can actually get a dm on the line.

The biggest downside is it's only as useful as the data you load into it. Lower quality lists will equal lower quality results.

First, it smoothly integrates with Salesforce allowing us to seamlessly leverage two of the best marketing software solutions available. Their dialer optimizes our inside sales teams ability to manage calling and also allows our sales reps to leverage their Team Dialer solution to more effectively get conversations with qualified prospects. Support is fabulous! If you need a customization, they will jump on a screen share and make it with you immediately. I can go on and on about how wonderful their support is. The cherry on top is the solution is very affordable and they have unique solutions that can work for small sales teams or very large sales teams.

Complete game changer for business development productivity. You never have to sit there again feeling like you wasted your day sitting on the phone with very low connections... it is amazing! Honestly cannot say enough amazing things about the service. Are you looking to improve call efficiency and see better results with new business opportunities? If so, ConnectLeader will help you achieve this.

**What do you dislike about Koncert?**

Not much to dislike, honestly. Of course there are some human errors here and there (as there still are humans making these calls for you), such as being transferred to a prospect's voicemail the off time, but no issues I would complain about. It's a pricey platform, but time and productivity are $$$$  too, and this is the best way to increasing efficiency and productivity on your business development teams. My quota achievement doubled once implementing ConnectLeader.

Test it out for yourself to see its true value! We did a trial day where I got to call for an entire work day - I was able to push out over 800 dials in a day and book multiple meetings and follow ups with prospects that had been hard to reach before! I never thought it would make the difference that it did. Once you try it for yourself, you will see how valuable and efficient this tool is to a sales team.

Also, I definitely recommend having the Salesforce CRM integration - you call directly from salesforce from the 'ConnectLeader session' tab, with all data being logged directly into salesforce. Makes things even more convenient on the user end.

**What problems is Koncert solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company had a big issue with call to connect ratio. This fixed our issue, as we were not only able to call more people in a day and therefore still have conversations, but it takes away the time-consumption of dialling and getting no connection. When my prospects are being dialed, I focus on another project in the background, have a pre-recorded intro that automatically plays to a prospect that picks up, and leaves me enough time to switch over my focus to that call. It's a perfect scenario for time efficiency.

Team Dialer really boosts the amount of connections and activities my MDR/SDRs can achieve in a day.

I do alot of Call Reviews, in the report is doesn't give you the total overall score, so when you download you have to add a column.  I have given the recommendation and they are working on fixing that.

I work with multiple different sales enablement tools and the customer service and support has been the best. They are responsive and help you get up to speed quickly.  They want you to use the entire tool, not just what you are comfortable with.
