Since we use Koncert every day and tecnology always has its own problems, Koncerts team is always on staff making sure the technology is up to speed alowing our team to always on the phone, dialing, and most importantly getting meetings. **What do you dislike about Koncert?** Even though there aren't many downsides to Koncert, one thing that is a very slight inconvenience is sometimes when a prospect does not pick up on the AI Dialer it does not automaticly leave a voice mail. It is very simple to get set up and transfer due tasks from Outreach to Koncert for calls. **What do you dislike about Koncert?** [Full transparency, I have only used Koncert during a POV so this feedback may not apply with the full version] I found it difficult to breakdown my calls into more specific lists based on persona, segment, team, etc. There are also people that are a great fit for the paralell dialer and people that a better suited for flow but I was unable to easily segment these two groups. **What problems is Koncert solving and how is that benefiting you?** I typically have about a 10% call to connect rate when I am calling prospects so manually dialing would only get me 5 connects a day from hours on end of calls. While Koncert did not get me a higher call to connect rate, I did get a higher number of connects and was able to get through twice the calls in a quarter of the time. A few things stood out about Koncert versus other dialers in the market. First, their sales and customer onboarding are outstanding, top notch. They had my instance integrated with my client's CRM and sequencer and I was dialing after a 30 minute onboarding call. They even worked with me to provide "spiffs" to encourage the client's SDR's to make calls in "power hours". Koncert has one of the best AI call disposition, which means you get connected to less voicemails and IVR's. Their UI is clean and I like that they offer both a softphone (call from your computer) and the option to call in with your phone. Caller ID handling is a critical feature for parallel dialers because if handled wrong you will quickly get your outbound numbers marked as SPAM. Koncert offers a large number of caller id's and lets you choose to geolocate by prospect location or randomize, both methods are important options. Koncert performs at the high end of dialers, approaching an average of 20 connected calls per hour. **What do you dislike about Koncert?** Not the cheapest AI parallel dialer on the market but is a good value for teams that want to make a lot of dials and have lots of conversations. I would like it if Koncert would do more to innovate with additional AI features besides call disposition.
