**What do you like best about Koncert?**

I find the AI parallel dialer and flow dialer functions in Koncert very helpful as they have generated over 100 appointments for us in the past six months. I also appreciate the clean caller ID which boosts our connectivity rates. The team at Koncert is really helpful and quick to respond. The platform itself is robust with minimal downtime, and the connectivity is top-notch, enabling us to have conversations on nearly every fourth call. I also like how the user management is flawlessly easy to use. The app is self-explanatory, making adoption quick and straightforward. The setup was easy, and the support from the team was crucial for getting us started smoothly.

**What do you dislike about Koncert?**

The only thing that would make it better for us but not a deal breaker is the list deletion option. As of now there is no way to delete a list once it is uploaded to the system. And this feature would greatly help if you are calling multiple campaigns but your ICP is crossed over from one campaign to the other. The fix for this can be either having the option to delete the list entirely or have the data uploaded scoped to a campaign.

I use Koncert for outbound calls, leveraging the AI parallel dialer and the flow dialer to generate over 100 appointments in the past 6 months. The clean caller ID boosts connectivity, making conversations happen on every 4th call.

**What do you like best about Koncert?**

AI powered Parallel dialing feature. Allows to augment a team of callers and connects to a human quicker. Price is very reasonable.

**What do you dislike about Koncert?**

Interface analytics could be better designed. Would be helpful to know more data about the conversations and what was effective in meeting conversion. Another thing that Koncert can improve is sorting out calls that are call screeners.

**What problems is Koncert solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Koncert is solving my team's ability to book more calls and connecting to a live human quicker. This is benefiting me because we have quota to meet on a quarterly basis and the more conversations, you have the more pipeline you can build.

**What do you like best about Koncert?**

The support by the CS team and the technical team itself is definitely the best I have received.  They are patient in explaining things or helping to find workarounds when necessary, and the technical team turns things around in well under 24 hours in most cases, and I can vouch that they are responsive and helpful no matter the size of your business.

**What do you dislike about Koncert?**

I can't say there is anything I dislike about Koncert, but I think they could just make the underlying technology a little more responsive.

**What problems is Koncert solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Koncert for cold outreach, and the software really helps me to call many more people in a day so I can set appointments for my clients and help them build their businesses.

**What do you like best about Koncert?**

I really appreciate the system’s efficiency, but even more importantly, the top-notch, impeccable level of service; especially from Arun and Jen.

**What do you dislike about Koncert?**

So far, I’m extremely pleased with everything about Koncert.

**What problems is Koncert solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’ve been able to reach 10x the number of business owners. On top of that, the call recordings have helped me improve my pitch and delivery when speaking with clients. The built-in follow-up scheduling within the system also syncs with my Outlook, which makes it much easier to stay on top of reminders.

**What do you like best about Koncert?**

I chose Koncert specifically because, to me, it is designed for actual sales people instead of telemarketers or call centers. 

What I like best about Koncert is actually the people who run it though. They're customer service is insanely good.

**What do you dislike about Koncert?**

The only dislike is some minor glitches that occur very rarely, but again, their customer service in resolution is fantastic!

**What problems is Koncert solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our organization was looking to improve connect rates and lie conversations with live prospects. They solved that problem while we were still test piloting them!

**What do you like best about Koncert?**

I find the flow dialer super useful for making calls throughout my day. It's helpful for segmenting by calling mobile numbers, where I get the highest response rates. The integration with HubSpot is great for importing lists, and the automatic dialer and local presence streamline making calls and getting through lists efficiently. It's much faster than clicking to dial, and has a lot of crossover with HubSpot, which is very efficient for me. The setup was straightforward and simple.

**What do you dislike about Koncert?**

I find that when I'm creating tasks and getting reminded of that, it hasn't worked super well on that front. Also, knowing when I have to wait for the phone tree to get to somebody's voicemail during the automated voicemail tracking is a bit unclear. I haven't gotten an answer on that, and I'm curious to know what's the case with that.

**What problems is Koncert solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Koncert for building lists, importing from HubSpot, auto-dialing, and leaving voicemails, which streamlines my calls and speeds up my workflow compared to manual dialing.

**What do you like best about Koncert?**

I like the ability to change from dialing two at a time to five at a time, which is a huge help for making a lot of phone calls quickly. I also appreciate the ability to upload battle cards into the contacts and different leads list I'm dialing out of, so I have an idea of what to say, all ready and easily accessible. It actually just saves a lot of time and effort because with other tools like HubSpot or SalesLoft, you dial one by one and make 50 calls over three hours. But with Koncert, I can make hundreds of calls in one to two hours. The setup was pretty simple; Koncert helped walk us through getting everything integrated and imported in just a few hours.

**What do you dislike about Koncert?**

Nothing comes to mind about a dislike. Its a great tool, don't have anything to complain about.

**What problems is Koncert solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Koncert for outbound cold calling, solving the trouble of making a lot of phone calls in just little time. It saves a lot of time and effort by allowing me to dial multiple numbers at once, making hundreds of calls in just one to two hours instead of 50 calls over three hours.

Excellent support, responsive and helpful. Dialing tech is among the best in the market as well.

**What do you dislike about Koncert?**

I don't like AI integration preventing user decision making: if we want to override the system it should put user choice ahead of best-practices.

**What problems is Koncert solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Koncert allows us to increase call volume so meaningfully that it has changed how we prospect. We can now get through very large lists without sacrificing quality.

I think the most helpful thing is the user interface and direct integration with salesloft. The performance of the auto-dialer makes it easy and I like that the AI can cycle through calls fast. The onboarding was great and very informative to make sure we were comfortable with our calls.

**What do you dislike about Koncert?**

I don't have any downsides on the product and can't speak on price. Maybe just identifying what company you are connected with.

**What problems is Koncert solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having to outreach to many contacts and making the process simple and more efficient with pre recorded voicemails and calling multiple people at once

I find Koncert useful for cold calling as it helps me do it a lot faster, even when I'm already very busy. It makes cold calling enjoyable and I like being able to call multiple people at once. This feature cuts my cold calling down by 1-2 hours. The initial setup of Koncert was very easy.
