A few things stood out about Koncert versus other dialers in the market. First, their sales and customer onboarding are outstanding, top notch. They had my instance integrated with my client's CRM and sequencer and I was dialing after a 30 minute onboarding call. They even worked with me to provide "spiffs" to encourage the client's SDR's to make calls in "power hours". Koncert has one of the best AI call disposition, which means you get connected to less voicemails and IVR's. Their UI is clean and I like that they offer both a softphone (call from your computer) and the option to call in with your phone. Caller ID handling is a critical feature for parallel dialers because if handled wrong you will quickly get your outbound numbers marked as SPAM. Koncert offers a large number of caller id's and lets you choose to geolocate by prospect location or randomize, both methods are important options. Koncert performs at the high end of dialers, approaching an average of 20 connected calls per hour. **What do you dislike about Koncert?** Not the cheapest AI parallel dialer on the market but is a good value for teams that want to make a lot of dials and have lots of conversations. I would like it if Koncert would do more to innovate with additional AI features besides call disposition. Features like Orum's feature which lets you teach it how to navigate a particular IVR and then it does it automatically would be a nice addition. **What problems is Koncert solving and how is that benefiting you?** Was brought into a client engagement for the purpose of getting their SDR team to make some phone calls in addition to the LinkedIn and email efforts they were making. When I started the engagement the SDR's were making less than 20 dials a day.
