Sometimes the news articles pulled by the AI were not as relevant to my organization. This resulted in an increased workload for me as I had to sift through multiple articles to find the ones that were relevant. This added an extra step in the process and made the work more time-consuming and tedious. The higher level of specificity or accuracy in capturing relevant news articles would have really helped. Kompyte is not only user-friendly, but is quick in pulling data from various competitor targets. I've been able to spin up tracking on competitors quickly and easily.

While the AI is typically pretty great in picking up data for competitors, there are some times where it may pick up some oddities or unrelated data.
