It is useful for helping to organize research and put it into a nicely designed package. Kompyte is a good tool for organizations that have limited time/resources dedicated to comp intel. **What do you dislike about Kompyte?** For organizations that have dedicated resources working on competitive intel, they may find Kompyte to be a little simplistic to meet their needs. The tool doesn't do a great job with regard to competitor product functionality, financial health, key executive changes and market sentiment. **What problems is Kompyte solving and how is that benefiting you?** We do research on our competitors and then use Kompyte to organize and present the material. I've been able to spin up tracking on competitors quickly and easily. Also, if there are parts of the product I don't utilize all the time, they have a helpful library section, and their CSM's are very responsive. **What do you dislike about Kompyte?** While the AI is typically pretty great in picking up data for competitors, there are some times where it may pick up some oddities or unrelated data. Obviously that can be expected with most products that utilize AI, I suppose. Otherwise, the product has been very helpful to us. **What problems is Kompyte solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows us to track nearly all facets of a competitor's online profile, giving us potential insights into what they may be doing or thinking.
