We use this service daily at work and from the first day it was very easy to understand whats going on. Super user-friendly.

One main thing I liked about AMOcrm was the automated email binding feature. All users had to do was put their email into AMO and then put the merchant's email into the lead record, and all correspondence would be automatically put into the lead notes, along with a level of security so you couldn't just look into anyone's emails. This feature was nice as it is always hard to get sales agents to do things for reporting/organization purposes so the simpler it is to set up and get going the more it gets utilized. One of the main issues is the set up of contact to company to lead. While it isn't the most confusing thing, it confuses agents on where to put what, and then data ends up being spread out all over different places. What is worse is there would be a glitch that told agents there were duplicate leads/contacts/companies to merge, so the agents did merge them and they turned out to be different and linked together for no reason. This created a huge hassle for us as we tried to switch CRM's because data was all over the place and hard to easily import into another system using excel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes, since the platform is in Russian, some features don't translate the section at 100%, so this is a huge area of opportunity for the company to effectively make those changes ASAP, as users have difficulty trying to understand these sections, they become unuseful. Perhaps the easiest to use CRM. It's easy enough to use interface, native management of deals and leads. All the contact settings can be customized to my needs, which helps to lead contacts through the sales funnel without spending a lot of time diving into the information. I like that you can input all customer information in, and sort the pipeline by different categories that are customizable. The calendar section for reminders is extremely valuable when timing out your follow up sales lead calls. Also, simplified enough for anyone to be able to use. If you hire a saleperson who does not utilize all functions and input data correctly, you will be missing essential information when they leave the company. I like this system because it is so easy to use, even after the configuration this system practically works only in an incredible way. It is incredible to feel that you have a personal assistant in your business that carries everything for you safely and reliably, it is priceless.
This system is quite simple, has an interface that is not overloaded, and is really versatile and intuitive. I like the large number of functions that this software has, since it allows me to integrate it with my emails, it also gives me the possibility to use widgets, and integrate them by means of the API, which allows me to simplify all the processes of my business.

Something I can say I do not like is that in some screens, it is difficult to distinguish and see the scroll bars in some cases seems to be non-existent, making some of the controls disappear from my sight and at times it seems that they were hidden.
