For me as a professional psychologist a scientific foundation of organizational development tools is a quality gate before I start using them. Kokoro offers an easy to understand foundation in the theories of belongingness, psychological safety and flow.

Getting people to trust each other in the work environment and therefore createing a safe space does not happen over night. it takes time and commitment. Kokoro cannot elimante this entirely. I'm using Kokoro to assess the group dynamics in a very fast-paced working environment. Our managers need to gain an understanding of the team's concerns and perception of the workload from the very beginning of each performance cycle to be able to support, steer and mentor. The low-barrier and intuitiv approach of Kokoro ensures high participation rates and the report and export features make sure our Quality Management processes are ISO compliant.
