And that's where we have KOFAX insights. We used this for creating good visualization for presenting the raw unorganized data into good graphs and appropriate views. This helped in conveying the entire story of the reports in a very quick and understandable format. **What do you dislike about Tungsten Insight?** Sometimes because of your data sources, you cannot sync it up. And it also leads to not formalizing a plan for what visualization is needed. And this is the problem with all reporting solutions. Same we faced in Kofax, but this is not a tool problem. This is more from a solution perspective. So always try to clean up and match your data sources and then accordingly defined it. **What problems is Tungsten Insight solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had this problem with a huge list of invoices and sales orders. And business always wanted to profit center level output report with various combination of region, business streamwise, category and of course from unit people wise, and a lot of other attributes. Now putting this up with raw data and presenting it in a visual format was the only solution and that's when we used Kofax insights. We created stories and visualized them in a business readable format. This helped in faster decision-making as well. ### 2.
