We can easily access mobile phones with a UI. When we purchase a single plan it allows to use manual testing as well as automation testing and very easy to implement with appium inspector for element capturing. We used that tool in our day to day testing activities. The tool was so easy to roll out to our orginization that have done it for another group when I joined. **What do you dislike about Kobiton?** The only challenge that I have experienced with Kobiton is with reporting related to usage. Some of the reporting I wouldlike to see around usage per month, or per user is not available to me as a user and I have to make a specific request to customer service. To be fair customer support is quick to respond and provide those missing reports that are not available via self serve. **What problems is Kobiton solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have a distributed work force and Kobiton allows us to have physical device availbilty with out having to purchase and maintain a physical library of devices. ### 6. You would have to wait for the devices to register that you had already checked out that device several minutes ago, just to go back to it. Installing the latest versions of apps on each device is very straightforward and easy. Also great that you can set up both public and private/local devices. Otherwise, it would not have been possible. The fact the you have a lot of devices available from both platforms is wonderful **What do you dislike about Kobiton?** I dislike that the Kobiton app installed on the Mac mini is sometimes crashing. It seems to be a bit slow in some occasions. Other than that, there is nothing else I dislike. **Recommendations to others considering Kobiton:** None **What problems is Kobiton solving and how is that benefiting you?** Problems solved, share devices with the whole team no matter where the team is located.
