What do you like best about Knowledge360?

I really like the ability of K360 to provide the information I need in a dashboard format. K360 pushes the needed information to me; that means I don't have to dig around online to find it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Knowledge360?

There is a slight learning curve associated with using K360, but once one is familiar with it, the software is highly useful and worth the time invested to learn it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Knowledge360 solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was a Research Director for a competitive intelligence firm, and currently I teach competitive intelligence to undergraduate and graduate students. I familiarize them with K360 to demonstrate how a powerful CI tool can benefit them in multiple ways, from identifying and gathering intelligence information to quickly packaging and sharing it with various stakeholders and clients. "K360 saves me time!"

What do you like best about Knowledge360?

The ease with which i can find, tag and store relevant information is irreplaceable. I no longer have to bookmark websites or copy links to go back to review later.

What do you dislike about Knowledge360?

In a lot of ways we are designing on the fly. It does feel like the tool WILL be more robust in the future but we are losing out on some things due to the "immaturity." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Knowledge360?

The system has the potential to be much more than the original Competitive Intelligence concept it was meant to be. We have adopted as an internal Web publishing platform to allow departments to communicate and share their information with the entire company. For a multinational with no central communication services like us, the ease of use and customization abilities were key to success. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Knowledge360?

Cipher has been working on deploying new graphic interfaces to make the service more user friendly and nicer looking to users. The security requirements were also a stumbling block to many users who could not remember complicated passwords and would not log in often because of that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Knowledge360 solving and how is that benefiting you?

We started needing the service just to share files and other information across the world. We realized that Web publishing for the masses could be a great new way of using the software. Lately we have pushed Cipher to offer configurable forms for data entry, so it can be used as a central database for various teams relying on Excel forms to communicate info to each other.
