**What do you like best about Knowlarity Cloud Contact Center?**

The best part about Knowlarity is integration of automation and real-time call insights. It empowers our team to handle high volumes efficiently with features like smart call routing, live monitoring, and CRM sync — all while maintaining excellent call quality. The interface is intuitive, and the ability to track cge performance in detail has significantly improved our decision-making and customer engagement strategies. Usage is very friendly and the usage is very friendly which makes it as my best choice. frequent usage is also smoother and not much lagger

Synchronization of call logs would take time sometimes can affect real time tracking

**What do you like best about Knowlarity Cloud Contact Center?**

The solution is cheaper than any other standard solution out there.

**What do you dislike about Knowlarity Cloud Contact Center?**

They lack professionalism; There are many contacts to deal with at each step of the lengthy setup procedure, consuming months of calls and several calls to get a setup done. Also, they never reply if anything breaks.

**What problems is Knowlarity Cloud Contact Center solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There is nothing for us in the solution as they never deliver usable products on time. They keep charging bills and provide solutions with too many bugs which they don't respond to.

Offers high-quality Cloud telephony options. Both parties hear crystal clear voice and real-time recordings and reports are also available.

**What do you dislike about Knowlarity Cloud Contact Center?**

Poor onboarding support. The integration support was poor as well.

**What problems is Knowlarity Cloud Contact Center solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Made reaching out to customers easier. Tracking agents/employees was far easier using Knowlarity Cloud Contact Centre. The productivity and quality of the process increased manifold. The call drops were far and few. Customers were easily able to listen to our voice.

**What do you like best about Knowlarity Cloud Contact Center?**

Easy to implement, this product is plug and play and its very helpful for SME and MSME companies who want to have their contact center solution rather than outstretching the same to someone and paying extra for that.

**What do you dislike about Knowlarity Cloud Contact Center?**

Their backend team takes the time to deliver the solution. Their unnecessary internal process increases the delivery time of a required solution because of their unnecessary internal process.

**What problems is Knowlarity Cloud Contact Center solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Enterprises that outsource their process to BPO companies or contact centers get a lot of benefits by implementing this at their end.

1. Cost saving as enterprises have to pay heavily to these BPO or contact centers huge money approx 20-25K/Month/Seat
2. You have control and visibility on the quality of staff.
3. You can implement changes to enhance the process at your end rather than being dependent on someoneelse opinion.

We hired Knowlarity's Cloud Telephony solution for our call centre. They helped us replace the physical telephonic infrastructure required to be maintained at our office premises and took the whole solution on the cloud.

**What do you like best about Knowlarity Cloud Contact Center?**

The solution is deployed within a span of few days and you do not need to have any physical infrastructure at your end. The team is very professional and deliver the solution within the promised timelines.

**What do you dislike about Knowlarity Cloud Contact Center?**

There may be once in a while disruptions in service but that is understood considering the scale at which they operate and the fact that they deal with almost all the operators in India.

**What problems is Knowlarity Cloud Contact Center solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Running a professional call centre required a lot of hardware and technical know-how. This was totally replaced by Knowlarity's Cloud Telephony solution. Besides, a dedicated relationship manager helps in resolving any ongoing issues within a few hours.

Our Company was facing issues the IVR quality, and a significant drop in the number of users was a big concern with Knowlarity's Cloud Telephony. We have not only enhanced IVR quality, but also the conversion cycle has increased multiple folds. I recommend the use of Real-Time Speech Analytics as it helps the agent to understand the requirements better.

**What do you like best about Knowlarity Cloud Contact Center?**

The innovative approach towards the challenges be it through the tough times of covid or be it after hours sales support. They have always come out as a winner and helped me and my organisation with new solution be it softphone or Click to call addition to our CRM.

**What do you dislike about Knowlarity Cloud Contact Center?**

Nothing as of Now. But Will surely add it up if required.

The IVR quality and Conversion problem has entirely been resolved. With the addition of Click to Call to CRM, we just don't need our devices anymore. It is just a simple UI for our agents, and they love it.

We had a requirement of cloud telephony for one of our newly launched products. While researching, we came across Knowlarity's products, but the highlight was when we talked to the respective product teams, which was highly motivated.

Our problem required a very high-level solution of doing location-based routing, we found Knowlarity's teams highly motivated to solve this problem with a new product.

Have setup a small call center for my business with minimum capex and infrastructure cost using knowlarity's softphone solution. Benefits are hd voice quality, no issue of network, etc

While integrating with salesforce, it will provide us the salesforce app exchange products, which doesn't require any customization to integrate.

It is not compatable for Salesforce lightning application

We were using to route the calls landing at a virtual no. through Toll Free no to Agents on call. Missed call alerts, voicemail or call not attended during business hour. 

**What do you like best about Knowlarity Cloud Contact Center?**

Whenever you miss a call, it sends a message down to customer. It inform us with reason or hint that why exactly that was missed. Proper distribution of calls among team members.

**What do you dislike about Knowlarity Cloud Contact Center?**

Knowlarity does not allow to use your own no. And regulatory guidelines are also not in favor

If you're in India then nothing much better than this is available.

We had better co-ordination within team members, proper call distribution, recordings, logs without any hassle.
