It provides us with good insight into who may need extra training, allowing us to focus our efforts where it matters most. I like that the training content is practical and easy to consume. There are multiple ways to deploy the Phish Alert Report buttons for Outlook. And it is not clear if we can delete old configurations or which one is the most recent. I think in short, the process for deploying the phish alert button could be better.
