The training courses are very well written and targeted toward a wide array of skill levels. From the novice end-user to the "IT guy", these modules are all easy to follow. I am also a big fan of the phishing tests to keep our users on their toes! In addition, a KnowBe4 rep contacts me on a regular basis, informing me of not only ways that I can better utilize the tools we currently have in place, but any new tools that might be of use to us as an organization.

While I like the phishing tests a lot, many of the templates are targeted at what would typically go to an end user's personal email rather thank a business email. There tend to be a lot of these, and while they can be weeded out, I think a separate category befitting these types of templates would be better.

Before KnowBe4, we have seen it all, and unfortunately "clicked" it all as well. End users are realizing that the worst-case scenario could easily happen to them, and KnowBe4 is giving them the tools to help ensure that they are not "the one".

The primary priorites of our team is to have accessible information supporteed by a platform that allows you to move ahaad at speed with high trust.

It's simple to set up a test or training and beneficial to the end-users learning something.I also frequently have a call with the rep to show us the new features and walk through them.

Sometimes when sending out emails they do not make it to the end users. The console can be slow at times, but not bad. Cost quite a bit for a large company, but it's worth it to help prevent a security risk\ ransomware.

Phishing and security awareness training has helped our end users be aware of the risk they come across daily. it has improved the submitted emails for review as well.

Trainings are very insightful and makes me want to learn as many as possible during my free time.

Sometimes the popup menu its a bit annoying. It would be better if the training was implemented on the same webpage.

The training module selections and customer Service Reps' assistance with setting up training campaigns.

We had some issues with the date/time formatting. The initial setup used the 24hr time format; later, a different admin changed it to the 12 hr format. The change did not propagate to all users, and a templated email for training ended up confusing users...half of them received the mm/dd/yyyy format, and the other half received the dd/mm/yyyy format. It would be helpful to have the option to set changes like this across the board.

It provides the solution for our Company-wide security initiative regarding training users and automating the reporting, tracking, and clearing of phishing email messages.

Great help in educating users about the importance of security and how to defend themselves and the company from different type of attacks, hacks and malicious users out there.

There could be a broader awareness trainings subjects, in order to expand the actual knowledge of users that could have basic information about security in general. Otherwise all is good.

Huge help in training the weakest link of security , personnel. Very helpful trainings and easy to understand . Has been successful in lowering our attack surface.

KnowBe4 has provided training and ongoing verification, resulting in no security breaches. Our end users have high competency in recognizing phishing emails, which has prevented action even when receiving very targeted phishing emails from a bad actor.

I don't have any complaints on their service perhaps other than the training module can be a little cumbersome trying to move from evaluating modules to remembering what you have reviewed into training.

With the reality that over 80% of the realized risk in IT begins with phishing and related types of social attacks, a lot of our security energies go into training our end users against this type of attack. I fully realize that if this were left entirely to myself and/or my team, we would cover little ground in comparison. KnowBe4's benefit is they have compiled an enormous array of training resources that you can tailor to specific end-users or complete companies. Because of the types of phishing emails I review from users that submit to us via KnowBe4 tools, without this training, we would have fallen victim to a phishing attack several times by now.

I love being able to create a whole unique experience for the end user each month, along with Simulated Phishing Attacks, where I share the results.

There's no Phish Alert for the IOS Mail app which most people use over outlook app.

There are no Vishing or Smishing campaigns.

I do enjoy the usability and the ease in configuration for security awareness trainings. The content is also helpful and even an unprofessional user can understand. Content is rich in vast cybersecurity fields.

Nothing major to dislike. if adding more professional content for users that have a security background, would be helpful for a broader training in depth and easing overhead for managers.

User security training. That's the main issue, mostly regarding phishing. But assigning training to more qualified/high ups users is also useful. Raising awareness to users before an incident helpful proves quite beneficial.
