I think it's very easy to use. There is a lot of content to distribute internally in a company for security training.

The reporting tool can be more complete.

KB4 helps us to distribute security content to our employees. This tool allows us to think in other things and not in how to distribute it.

The platform is a pretty complete. In the last year they have added USB testing,AIDA, PasswordIQ and SecurityCoach (separate product) to their platform. Tool is pretty automated and handle sthe followup/nags of those that don't finish their training.

Their support could be better, Most of our open cases take a while to get to the right resource to get resolved.

KnowBe4 has enabled us to advance our security and compliance training in a very short amount of time. The security related content is robust and engaging. We recently used several courses for a refresher training campaign and it was the first time in my career that employees reached out to share how much they liked the content. In particular, we appreciate the practical and appropriate use of humor to keep learners engaged for the duration of the videos and courses. Above all, I appreciate that KnowBe4 is consistently investing in releasing new content and updating existing content on a variety of topics. Because you can also license Compliance Plus content, we now have a single resource for all of our security, privacy, and compliance related training needs.

The content options for data privacy that a multi-national company would appreciate are somewhat slim. They do have regulation specific courses, but it would be beneficial to improve the regulation/country agnostic content. There are some courses that don't offer quiz feedback on whether or not the learner selects the correct or incorrect answer. This means the learner can not pass the quiz but have no idea which questions they answered incorrectly.

Noting two areas here. The first is the quality of their content. Our learners have really appreciated the content that leverages humor and the high quality production of the theatrical video courses. The second is that we now have a single resource for all of our security, privacy, and compliance training content needs.

KnowBe4 has done an excellent job keeping our users engaged while doing required cybersecurity training that they are typically reluctant to complete. The training appears to be more engaging than other solutions we have had in the past.

One of the downsides of the KnowBe4 security awareness training has been the setup of the phishing campaigns. I wish they were a bit more flexible on scheduling times and the setup could be a bit more streamlined.

The KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training has allowed us as an organization to collect feedback from different campaigns and use the data collected from the reports to allow us to see our strengths and weaknesses from a cybersecurity perspective.

I did not find anything negative of the entire event, it was well put together.

We do not have to reinvent the wheel regarding security awareness training; they have completely laid out the foundation for us to follow and keep it current.

Easy to configure, allows for limited IT touch time but still effective training for your employees.

The initial config requires you to spend a good bit of time learning the KB4 way of doing things. A little bit more universal GUI and it could be killer.

Compliance and C level phishing training.

It's simple to setup and not overly time consuming for the end user to complete.

It needs to be paired with Security Coach to be effective immediately, the end user has no idea what they've done initially to receive the training, so no immediate corrective action is given.

Understands humans are the weakest link in Cybersecurity. Improvements in the product / its offerings to cater to the evolving and old threats that affect organisations.

Sometimes a little clunky to administer. Gap between latest "Cyber news threats" and what is being administered to employees. There needs to be a faster way to get such inputs in to the system.

Even as an IT company, the cross section of employees are inadequately aware /skilled in detecting /acknowledging cyber threats that can affect them and the organisation. KNowBe4 address this squarely

nothing, as far as i know knowbe4 is probably the best and the top notch security awareness teaching platform that is comparable to any best of the best solutions out there.
