KnowBe4 has thousands of excelent training videos, excercises and quizes to help teach computer users how to be careful and make them aware of threats.

No down side at all. Its a great program

We have an older user base and they are not always as keen to the various threats that are out there. The training modules help shine light on things they may not fully understand. Our firm makes the training mandatory quarterly and this has helped

It is pretty eye opening to see how much people really don't know about cyber security. I am working to train my staff and KnowBe4 has been a huge help.

If I had to choose one thing it would be the amount of emails I get from them for upgrading our account.

The videos are short but effective. Thye are engaging and have made users stop and think before clicking. Very easy to implement.

We create users in our system a week or two before they begin. KnowBe4 is already sending late notices for videos the day they start.

Users are more cautious click on emails and links. This has reduced our chances of bringing a virus into the system dramatically.

The staff are friendly and great to work with. The training material is spot on with today's issues and staff enjoy the humour in the videos.

The Portal could be a but easier to navigate.

Some of the awarenss posters would be better if they were not using cartoons but used more corporate style real images.

The trainings that are available have a large library to choose from. It contains videos, games, quizes, and almost everything is interactive in some way that will make users feel that they are gaining something without being overwhelming in nature.

It can sometimes be hard to whittle down and choose what options to use in each training campaign. The library is a little cumbersome when it comes to keeping older material and it can be a bit hard to find more current material when you are trying to update modules.

KnowBe4 training is helping us keep our users up to date with the latest online security "gotchas." They train my users on how to spot fake emails and what to look for in order to keep ourselves safe. I also like how we can allow users to forward the trainings to our personal friends and family to allow them to also be trained on keeping safe online.
