Being able to personalize training to end users

I love the number of training modules available across all tiers—you really get what you pay for. There’s a strong mix of video-based learning and interactive modules, and our users can easily understand the content and apply it to their lives both in and out of the office.

It would be nice if more types of interactive quizzes and games were developed. There’s a solid core selection, but there aren’t many new ones available.

KnowBe4 helps ensure our users stay aware of the newest scams, and it allows us to stay on top of them. It also provides a strong foundation that we can continue to build on.

Great content and campaigns, easy to access e-learning.

I wish I could use combine multiple courses into a single without extra work.

KnowBe4 has a large library of training videos of varying lengths to choose from. This makes it easy to choose monthly training videos for our users.

So far, there is nothing I dislike about the KnowBe4 platform.

KnowBe4 allows our firm to provide monthly security awareness training for our users. This helps keep security awareness fresh in the minds of the users so they are less likely to make a mistake.

The phishing simulation emails allow us to test the users and see if they are benefiting from the training.

I like the variety of security and professional development content in their library.

Content and tools seem a bit "over-branded"

The training worked really well for our broad range of technical skillsets. It really breaks down vulnerabilities in an action-based way that doesn't confuse people.

Maybe it could provide more detailed industry-based examples. For example, we are in the legal industry, here are the phishing attacks that are likely.

Reporting is a bit wonky and I wish more customizable. Legal / Law FIrm specific modules would be great.

I like the ability to send out my training to all my users across our org and track user progress. We are utilizing the users risk score to determine user training and this really helps us meet our need.

I would like the users training to be streamlined into a one click campaign (when multiple modules are included) to streamline the users experience in their learning path. To many users do not complete their modules due to thinking they are complete when doing the top module on the users training page.

I like the ability to be able to view weakpoints and strongpoints in my organization, and create customized training for areas and/or users that need improvement. This data also allows the team to go back to stakeholders and provide examples as to why training is needed, and what tools we need to add to further protect the organization as well.

The only thing that lacks from KnowBe4 is the ability for admins to see exactly what users got wrong on SAPA quizzes. I know this is being worked on, but having the ability to have in depth review on exactly what users have a hard time understanding, would help security teams go one step further.

The training provided by KnowBe4 validates what our internal security teams speaks about in day to day conversation. It is also another reminder for the end-users, which helps them think more carefully duing day to day operations. The phishing tests really help as well, as it gives end-users an idea on what threats actually exist, and how easy it is to fall vicitim.

KnowBe4's console has made it very easy for me to have a strong impact on the security culture of my organization. This change is also backed by the reports and metrics provided by KB4.

The licensing can be frustrating as there is a lot of awesome content locked behind the various licensing tiers.

We primarily use KnowBe4 for our mandatory Security training, and the metrics it provides help us really dial-in our training to keep it useful to our employees. KnowBe4 makes it easy to identify weakpoints in our security culture, and address them.
