Easy to setup campaigns that dynamically update with current information, as well active directory integration. Good training content. Love the customer support, as they proactively reach out often giving recommendations.

i wish there was a better way to organize/tag selected Training modules. Once selected in Modstore, the list gets big and it is difficult to know which modules to select when creating campaigns.

The variety of training and the automation of the product. They also keep the training very engaging and not mundane or boring. Great reinforcement modules and continuing education to keep your users up to date. Not just a once a year training test type deal. The rep that gets assigned to your account is your personal security assistant. They help setup your portal, answer any questions, and they recommend all the best practices. You can schedule a meeting with them anytime and they are always willing to help.

Honestly, I have not found hardly anything that I dislike about this platform. The recently remodeled back-end makes it even easier to navigate through all the content. I guess the only thing I came across that was a little annoying was we could not upload a background image for the phishing tests, you had to "link" a picture to use. Not a big deal our graphics art guy created one and sent us a link, but was an extra step instead of just being able to upload an image like you can in other parts.

The price and the number of modules you get is totally worth it. If you implement this program (and have your leadership team on board), you will be much safer than any anti-virus, firewall, or any other protection can offer you. The users are your biggest weakness.

Security awareness. People are paying attention to what they are clicking or even better, not clicking. We are still in the early phases since roll out, but have already noticed a behavior change, with people asking or calling the help desk more about emails and such, so at the least they are becoming more aware.

There is nothing that I really dislike but the fact that the Reporting is not totally built out yet, but I'm sure that will follow soon.

KnowBe4 has provided the best security training modules, ease of testing end users, and compiled data reports that help you understand where the weaknesses are in the company. This company has been a blessing to myself and the balance of the I.T. team.

There is nothing to dislike. KnowBe4 has everything you need to deploy a successful I.T. security testing portal to check to see if employees are practicing their training.

I have all the users in the company thinking before they click...IF they click. We have a rule of thumb: if you didn't expect it...then don't open it. KnowBe4 phishing campaigns have made my life so much easier.

You may not need the training modules, but they are actually pretty thorough and well-produced. You can test their phishing test for free, but they offer much more than that.

We have had terrific improvements to our security posture because of the phishing tests, and users are always vigilant because of training and knowing we may be testing.

Our organization uses the the monthly training as part of our compliance program. The phishing and training has proved beneficial and our overall risk has dropped. Great product!

The UI is easy to navigate and understand. Simulating phishing attacks and creating educational campaigns is simple and allows a lot of customization. However, arguably the best part of KnowBe4 is the support. The help pages are incredibly detailed and cover pretty much every question topic I have had. The two times I have found a need to contact them for additional questions, they have responded quickly and made sure all questions were answered before closing my tickets. I have never seen support to the level that KnowBe4 has.

There are some features that do not currently exist, but they are constantly updating and adding features, so I'm not sure mentioning anything specific here will be worth the effort. They've probably already added it by the end of this sentence.

KnowBe4 has a plethora of tools and services that are absolutely worth checking out. If you aren't sure, you may as well give the trial a try, if for no other reason than to experience their support pages. They are works of art!
