This is a full suite of software to defend your company against phishing threats by using applications and training. There isnt just one way to handle phishing threats with this system you have many different tools and many different types of training.

There are so many options for training that it can be overwhelming at times and there are not always an easy way to find the training you need without previewing most of them.

The software trains my users on how to spot phishing emails and how to report them. Second, it is great for general security awareness and tips for things like; social engineering and tailgaiting.

What I like best about KnowBe4 is the seamless integration into our network and the ability to simulate phishing attempts for all users.

What I least dislike is noting at the moment.

It is solving the immediate and future need to train, educate, and re-train our staff on threats that could potentially be real examples. It hammers home the words we speak to actually reality situations.

The videos are short and entertaining, and easy to understand. A typical end user should be able to relate, and comprehend the topics discussed.

The only thing i can think of is end users having to remember another password.

It is educating our users on cyber security threats. We also use it for phishing campaigns.

How to make the employees more aware of the security settings

Allows us to easily test our users on the most vulnerable part of our environment. Makes the data easy to use and ready. Plenty of templates to keep users from being used to the training.

Reports may be a little difficult to use if multiple campaigns exist for the tests.

It is strengthening our user's ability to recognize phishing emails and be more conscious of what they click on or enter data into. We've seen a steady increase in performance in each campaign showing results.

Ease of use. Many items are automated. Nice content that can fool end users making them more aware.

There is not anything that stands out. Pretty easy to use.

There is a wide disparity in the amount of training available between the top two tiers, Platinum and Diamond. We recently upgraded to take advantage of the broader scope of training.

Most important to us is the support and recommendations that KnowBe4 provided to get us started and keep up with a changing threat landscape.

Our Customer Success advisor keeps an eye on our dashboard and we get regular calls to help us adjust our campaigns and awareness programs.

KnowBe4 is not a turnkey solution; we applied some effort to tailor the platform to meet our user audience and working environment.

We are able to provide a consistent base of training for new hires and existing users.

Monitoring individual users and groups (by job-role) in order to provide remedial training and reporting to managers, admin, and our security committee.

Keeping infosec in front of our users by sending regular security tips and scam of the week/month examples.

Scam of the Week email content is often "off the mark" and precludes our organization from sending these directly to our associates in more of an automated fashion.

Firstly, our cybersecurity incidents have decreased significantly throughout the implementation our enhanced Security Training & Awareness Program, led by KnowBe4. This is coupled with improved employee metrics as a result of quarterly, mandatory training and our continuous phishing campaign that includes supplemental training for associates who fail the activity. Our human firewall has greatly improved as a result of the KnowBe4 platform, available content, and results from the work conducted with their managed services staff.

The system's ease of use is one of the most significant factors in providing appropriate and on-time training.

There is not much to dislike about the system; with many how-to's and prebuilt directions, the system is easy to maneuver.

Suppose your company has the finances to purchase when considering KnowBe4, get the complete package of training available. KnowBe4 has many good products can make a difference in training.
