Obtaining reports can be finicky. I missed being able to get reports in time for a year end review deck due to a coding issue with the reports I was trying to obtain that took over 6 weeks to resolve

It is helping with our Social Engineering requirements in a more adaptive way than other products.

The training content is good. I like the digital content. I want to see more of that. Things that I can put into screensavers and printable media.

There is not much HIPAA related training. If there was more training on this content, that would be great. Also, training like Fraud, Waste, and Abuse.

It provides the platform that we can use to document the training we are required to give to our staff.

I like that mundane tasks such as remedial training (for failed phishing tests) and smart groups are so user friendly to configure and maintain. I especially like that the knowledge base is well documented and I rarely need to engage support. KB4 is very easy to implement with M365 and there is documentation available on how to "whitelist" KB4 across multiple systems/areas.

Making even minor changes to some of the content isn't always very easy to accomplish and in some cases requires modifications to the source code. There are a few instances we have encountered where the PAB does not properly report the email in question and only throws a very generic error message.

It has mostly automated our compliance requirements to have at least an annual security awareness training and gives us the reporting capabilities to empower executive leadership teams with stats on our organizational security posture.

KB4 content is engaging. Inside Man is the crowd favorite with our staff.

I don’t really have any dislikes, but if I had to mention something, a bit of the content feels slightly dated. That said, it does seem like that’s starting to change.

On average, our employees have been with the organization for 15–20 years. KB4 SAT helps our less tech-savvy staff stay up to date on current security risks, and it also helps them recognize red flags that may have been missed before we adopted a security awareness platform.

I like how easy it is to set up training groups, I like how clean and minimal the UI is so all the information you need to know is easy to see. It integrates with all of our current applications. The performance it has with our company is always smooth and never any outages.

I wish there was more department specific training for KnowBe4

It keeps our employees aware of security threats, especially phishing attempts. That awareness helps keep us safe from br eaches and ransomware events.

the amount of content is huge. There are multiple types, cartoon, real life, posters, training questions, many types and styles. There many topics that cover all of the Security Training types.

It was hard to sync with my Active Directory, but, technical support is very helpful and good.
