KnowBe4 training modules are engaging, short, and relevant. They don't overuse one single format for each training module, instead they change things up by including well-produced short films, brief quizzes, interactive pictures, etc, so if users have several modules to complete it doesn't get boring. The website is very clean and intuitive for both users and admins.

I have searched my heart and mind and cannot come up with a feature that doesn't work as expected or that could be improved. I haven't had a single issue with KnowBe4.

Security training for our users has been streamlined and simplified. The reporting features allow us to easily see how our organization is doing and where our users may need more training.

KB4 is very user friendly. It allows our employees to do their required training in bite sized sections so they are not inundated with too much at once. Everything is explained at a basic level so even novices don't have issues.

There really isn't anything that I can say bad about it. I have not heard any issues from users.

KB4 helps us do our annual security training at a level that our employees can easily understand. It is also beneficial for phish training.

They are informative and help to spread the information to our employees.

They really need to have some comic relief in them to keep people interested in the material or require a webcam to see if their eyes wonder (extreme).

It is solving our required training for the city, but we don't have anyone holding employees accountable for completing it when managers don't even complete it!

Knowbe4 has been a great help in training and testing out users and keeping them aware of the phishing dangers that are out there.

They also have a very competent support team that will walk you through setting up your entire account.

Knowbe4 does no have much to dislike. My only complaints are that I cant find options that I know exist, but I am still learning.

It is showing up the competency of our users in fishing out phishing emails and we are targeting problem users and assigning them more relevant pieces of training.

The support is always amazing. There have been times when we let our content get a little stale and our assigned account reps are always check in and see how they can help get the most out of the subscription. They also make reccommendations and are always willing to go through the platform and fine tune it.

New features are usually behind a pay-wall of the highest Diamond subscription. It would be nice to get some of the cool new features in the Platinum level. This is understandable though becasue they have an impressive product.

Teaching our end users to be aware of bad actors and how to decipher phishing emails.

The Knowbe4 system provides an environment to test, train, and educate that is concise and well integrated. The system provides the tools to manage the training and plenty of high quality content.

The initial set-up was painless and quick, the only thing that I would like to see improvement on is the set up of active directory integration. It is not a big thing but if I had to change one thing it would be the creation of the integration config file. A couple of video tutorials might help to explain the process better. There was lots of on-boarding assistance and guidance so this is not a big issue.

The system is allowing me to test the habits of my users by using real world phishing templates that look far better than the ones I was crafting myself. The training materials have such a variety that all learning styles are supported. The production values of some of the materials rivals that of production studios like Netflix and Amazon Prime.

The feature I like best with KnowBe4 is their phish-rip feature. The phish-rip feature allows us to scan all our user's emails to delete phishing and spam emails automatically.

I dislike not knowing how to use all the features. I feel I could do more with more training. Sure, I could read through all the KnowBe4 documentation, but I would rather have quick videos to show me how to utilize the product features more.

We are finding IOC's effectively and can mitigate them as they come in. Specifically, we are able to block malicious senders and extract malicious URL's that we can block with our security tools.

I think the sheer amount of varied and quality content is the best feature of the KnowBe4 platform. They are always adding content and I've never had to use the same module more than once in 2 years.

I would prefer more "gamified" content that is more interactive than just listening to someone talk and then taking a quiz. I do like the little video episodes with actors.

Our 1000+ users have increased Cyber Security awareness, are less Phish prone, and I hear about it from them quite often. I think the platform has been instrumental to us not being hit with ransomware.

The graphics and interface are easy to understand and follow. This training software is easy for staff to understand and it does all of the work for you.

Login process can be tricky if you don't explain well.

Pushing out trainings for the Covid-19 pandemic to ensure staff are all aware of changes to governmental policies.

The variety of training and other ways they offer to help measure our user's ability to be aware of threats. And the PhishER functionality makes it super easy for our users to report suspicious emails.

We like what KnowBe4 brings to the table and have no complaints.

Their Simulated Phishing functionality has brought down our user Phish-prone percentage considerably.
