There is variety in the content and it is well done. We've primarily used the phishing campaigns so far to identify users who require additional training.

We could have used more hands-on onboarding and setup.

User awareness and vulnerability.

KB4 does a great job of keeping the training relevant and current. The quarterly mandatory training has been very successful in the adoption rate, and we attribute this to the interface and the content being applicable in business and their personal lives.

There haven't been many things we dislike about the platform. Some may argue price, but we have had other platforms at a lower price point, but you get what you pay for. Night and day difference.

Knowbe4 has allowed us to use one platform for compliance. We utilized the platform for law enforcement, courts, and IT for CJIS training. Before that, we had (2) systems to handle formal security awareness training and a state platform for CJIS SA training. It also has raised user awareness and the importance of diligently protecting our data and minimizing the County's risk.

The platform is easy to navigate, and I like that you can automate some things based on your needs or just run certain things manually. The tracking features are great, too; you can easily track users who have not completed their training and then have the system send reminder emails automatically, which is a huge time-saver.

When building campaigns, it would be nice to add users by name or group rather than just by group; it might be easier to pull names rather than putting the people you want doing the training into a group first and selecting that group.

KnowBe4 saves us a lot of time in implementing training regularly, which is one of the biggest benefits. It's also easy to set up different types and variations of trainings based on your organization's needs. It can be used for running training campaigns and phishing simulations. You can also use it to disseminate policies, such as an Acceptable Use of Technology policy; we use it to track who has acknowledged the policy and users who still need to review and acknowledge it.

The phish training and simulated emails have been outstanding. With the clicker training, those users who are struggling with clicking on emails are getting the additional training they deserve.

I have found no downside to the training. I was talking to our VCISO yesterday and he was commenting on how much he liked the KnowBe4 platform. I am happy with the product.

Since we have been victims of ransomeware on 2 separate occasions due to users clicking on email attachements, we needed to find a way to provide training on what red flags to look for,

KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training could be more "industry-appropriate" targeting specific intrests.

User education, awareness and training.

The trainings are varied and easy to setup. It is easy to setup groups for specific trainings.

Retiring an expired training for it's replacement training seems likes its harder that it has to be.

When we first implemented the KnowBe4 simulated email phishing attacks our scores were pretty poor. The training has really improved our company awareness

A vast library of topics are available. Various forms of media, like videos are games make learning more enjoyable.

I would like to see more content directed at our industry

With the training from KnowBe4, users are able to identify threats more often and we are safer because that.

There are several options, some of which can be created creatively, like the policy option. It collects lots of data that can be easily exported. Before using this platform, we used GoPhish, which was way more limited. Lots of automation, really saves time.

I haven't personally found any major downside apart from the reporting feature. It would have benefited us a lot to have more options when creating custom reports

Running phishing simulations, targeting specific groups of users, enrolling users in training, and much more. Most of the things I'm described can be done manually, but the knowbe4 platform lets you do everything with a few clicks (once you set up everything). This makes it possible to run campaigns more frequently.

Works great for allowing us to quickly train users on security concerns in the public sector. Also great for highlighting things they can change at home to allow them to remain secure.

Users get confused by need for a different password and we can't change the password for them, they must use the Forgot my Password button. But that is easily done.

Allows us to train users quickly and efficiently with quarterly security trainings. Also allows for random phishing attempts to see if users are paying attention to the trainings.
