There are multiple formats for learning which will appeal to different audiences. From things as simple as posters up to full video series that explore a topic more in-depth, depending on your subscription level, that helps with both a general kind of training suite as well as targeted campaigns to ensure specific information is emphasised to staff.

Because there are multiple subscription levels, I find that sometimes only and introductory video in a series is available and not until the highest level of subscription are we able to access the rest of the series.

People are both the greatest strength and the weakest link when it comes to security. We can implement all the network and system security we like, but if someone clicks on a link they shouldn't, or opens an email attachment that they shouldn't, all of that security is bypassed. Helping to get our staff thinking about security all the time to the point that it becomes a natural part of their process is extremely important. Most helpful are the training modules, the prepopulated templates and the functionality to use smart goups.

The platform has a great potential but has a number of bugs and would benefit from a user-centered testing and QA.

It automates all of our training with the ability to add custom branding, training and customisation to our requirements. This alleviates a great percentage of work

The live presentations and videos that I've seen from KnowBe4 are very informative and engaging. They're not long winded that one loses interest and drifts away. KnowBe4 ties entertainment and quizzes into the mix so I always feel enagged and energized to pay attention and answer the quiz.

Sometimes I feel that I may need more information on a topic. KnowBe4 can provode more resources or other links to refer to.

This tarinigng provides insights as to what can cause a security breach and what's going on around that the world that one needs to be aware of.

Lately the content has not been as new and fresh as it has in the past. Definetley need new content going forward.

KnowBe4 Security Awareness platform is extremely easy to use and fast to setup. Automation for training and phishing is quick process and the return on investment is unmatched

It is hard to have any downsides of this software. Some features are possibly not as useful. For example the USB physical security tests. The data received from that attack type is not specific enough.
