The amount of training available and in various languages is outstanding. To develop learning of this quality in house would require a lot of time and resources. It's easy to research the extensive library of training and find learning that aligns with our learning strategy and supports ongoing reinforecment to keep important practices and behaviours top of mind for our audiences.

The only challenge we sometimes find is that there might be something included in the training that doesn't completely align with company policy. In these cases we simply provide supplemental material that clarifies company policy with our audiences.

To live into the company's information risk learning strategy, we want to provide both annual learning programs as well as bite-sized learning on a more frequent basis throughout the year. The training modules offered through KnowBe4 make it easy for us to deliver on this strategy.

The curriculum is presented in short easy to understand videos.

Since the training often is not accompanied by a test of key concepts it is hard to know if the end user grasped the concepts presented.

Like/dislike that they are constantly updating their modules. I have to go back and redo training setups as things expire.

Never be afraid to call in for help. It's really helpful and they will walk you through every step. The active directory integration was a hiccup at first but after calling in, I was able to fix an issue on our end when new users are added so it works correctly. If you need ideas about setting up campaigns or training, call your support person! For a while I even had a monthly rolling appointment for any questions on my side or suggestions from their end. Even if I missed the zoom meeting, our rep would email or call to follow up. I set up monthly campaigns and have created a list that I duplicate for training with new hires. It's nice to have short videos to train with to make everything less boring, then finish with games!

I like that it keeps our users on their toes.

The training is broken down into shorter sections and are interesting which makes users more engaged into training.

There is nothing I dislike about this training as it covers all sections.

Our users are more aware of social engineering. Ever since we started this training with our campaigns, users have bee doing great and failure percentage has reduced significantly.

The training content is always relevant and changes each year to highlight the most common threats to Security Awareness. KnowBe4 is also competitively priced and easy to use for all of our team members.

We have had team members request more testing; unfortunately there are only 1 or 2 games versus videos to help with Security Awareness training. It is hard for our team to continuously watch videos.

The Security Awareness training on KnowBe4 has greatly improved our team's knowledge on phishing and spotting phishing emails. We have gone from just above industry average to way below. It has also exposed many team members on common security threats to the organization that we haven't experienced or seen.

The variety of training materials and the testing platform are extremely helpful in training and testing our users.

Would like to be able to deliver content outside the KnowBe4 platform. Users are usually not accepting of having to sign in to yet another website.

We are seeing greater awareness of the dangers of Phishing and our users are gaining knowledge and experience in combatting this threat.

KnowBe4 is a handy tool that offers regular cyber and security training to employees. It's simple to use and offers videos and tests designed to improve retention.

At times, the site can feel a little dated on the user's end.
