The ability to set rules and have the system respond to phishing threats without my continuos direct input is great and has saved me a lot of time.

This may be possible and I just don't know how to do it, but i have users who will report internal newsletter and they flag as spam, i'd like to filter that out.

Evaluating phishing emails, frees me up to work on other tickets.

I really love that if a threat is detected, the email is pulled from other email inboxes where it may also sit without any additional work from myself or my team. All it takes is for 1 person to report a suspicious email and the rest happens behind the scenes.

Once you set this up, there really isn't anything to dislike. Amy (my customer success manager) has been fabulous to work with and walked me through those set up steps with ease.

PhishER takes the thinking of it. An email is reported via Phish Alert and the rest automatically happens. Removing suspicious emails that are deamed a threat without any extra work on my part is the best thing.

PhisherER is very user friendly, it allows me navigate user emails and sufficiently categorize them. PhishER was also easy to setup and the easy to setup in Outlook.

No machine learning. I believe the software should learn from your choices and allow for more autmation based on administators behavior.

There is no way to organize training into tracks. I'd love to make a privacy track with multiple privacy-related training modules, a firm-wide track that had all of the sessions assigned to everyone, and maybe an IT track for the IT department, etc.

The monthly phishing simulations are very realistic. The add-in makes it easy to report any suspicous emails. The training is very customizable and easy to set up.

I don't know of any downsides. Some users complain when they get caught, but that's why we use PHISHer.

PhishER helps me by putting all of the reports in one place. It allows me to set up rules to deal with phishing automatically. PhishER's integrations with Viruts Total are beneficial.

Although there is not a huge learning curve to using the PhishER tool, you will need to spend some time getting used to it. Knowbe4 was very helpful in getting set up but do consider the time investment.

We need a central place to deal with Phishing incidents. PhishER is a great place to discuss and respond to Phishing attempts. It has helped our team realize what kind of attacks are being made against us.

We contract out for IT services but do not have anyone internal to assist in day-to-day assessment and resolution of suspicious emails that may make it through our walls. Phish ER makes it possible to address this problem without consuming valuable attorney or management time. The customer support for onboarding has been excellent. We paired it with an educational package that has greatly increased our confidence in our human firewall.

Like all new software, someone has to learn how to use it. However, our assigned customer support has helped break the learning process down into digestible bites.

KnowBe4's stress testing revealed some weak links in our human firewall. Having PhishER gave us a simple process for our staff to learn to address suspicious emails the same way. The PhishRip adds an extra level of protection above and beyond our expectations - not to mention a time-saver.

PhishER helps our team automatically review and triage reported threats from our end users. The email plugin is simple to use and customizable to send encouraging messages for our users to report suspicious emails to our cybersecurity team. I especially like the rules that can be set up to scan and report based on customized filters automatically. Further, we can use reporting features to help strengthen our anti-spam filters.

We use PhishER in conjunction with KnowBe4 training modules to help simulate phishing attacks to help train our users.

The only downside for this product is that currently, some of their newer features are not available (as of yet) for on-prem Exchange solutions. It will be great once features such as PhishFlip and PhishRIP are available for on-premise Exchange.

We needed an easy-to-use reporting tool for users to report suspicious emails to a centralized location. PhishEr has helped us improve threat reporting and also strengthened our user training for cyber threats.
