It makes a life easier to manage emails and phishing attempts

It shows us the detailed report pof phishing attempt which we can investigate further with other tools

I like that it gives a confidence score for each email. I'm excited to hear that now we will receive a reason for that rating!

Sometimes the scores are neutral which makes it tough to disposition correctly but the other scans help with that (like Virus total).

KnowBe4 helps us streamline the process of reviewing and dispositioning emails that the users suspect is phishing.

Ease of setup & use, great training tools & training campaign setup & the automation & reporting. Phishing is good, believable, questionable & the feedback from the PAB is valuable to the user.

I wish it was easier to do a geo block of countries and thatt those would stay blocked. Also some addresses that are sent to the blocklist are only blocked for 60 days. It would be nice to have longer options than just 60 days

There are some opportunities for improved. 1, it seems that some of the servers on the backend don't score emails the same.. Some provide one score that triggers our automated actions while another will score it different and require manual handling. 2. PhishRIP is not compatible with Exchange on-prem... we still have a couple of areas that we support that still use it. 3. The blocklist isn't compatible with Exchange on-prem and Google Workspace

Allows us to focus on things that need our attention while filerting out the noise. Analysts are able to handle threats faster.

Love the automation, alerts and the information it collects to minimiza the time to investigate.

I don't see anything dislike about it, but a suggestion is to block emails by email address instead of a domain.

The PhishRip process in particular is awesome. That peace of mind that these emails will get pulled from other recipients' mailboxes automatically is great. I also like that I can clearly view where the URLs are headed. There's a lot to this product!

I wish the comments were two way. I see what the reporter puts in there. It might be nice if I could reply and the user gets an update. Soemthing like, I might want to say, "Hey, yes, this does look a little scammy, but it is safe."

Setting up automated actions and rules to deal with the daily spam and obvious phishing emails has freed me up to be able to dive into the real phishing emails and other aspects of my position.

From time to time there appears to be some slowness in the system for the VirusTotal checks and showing up in the inbox for analysis, but they are infrequent.

It's analyzing emails for me so that I don't have to manually do it. It has automated features to add things to block lists and spam lists and can disposition obvious issues with ease.

I like the analysis features offered with the PhishER product and how it allows you to streamline the process of identifying spam, malware, and other malicious emails.

I dislike how complex it is to customixze the platform to your needs and what you desire the service to be able to do.

This prodcut is helping to reduce the amount of security risks my organization is receiveing via email-born attacks.
