Ability to review emails and phishrip them.

I’m unable to remove multiple copies of the same email based on a single email from the PhishER platform when running a phishrip.

What makes it truly exceptional is that it doesn't depend solely on its own technology to detect threats. Rather, it begins with my users—the individuals on the front lines. The emphasis on 'harnessing human observation' is a major advantage. Sophisticated attacks often slip past even the most advanced filters, but gathering insights from a trained global community provides a level of intelligence that's hard to surpass.

The integration and setup process is definitely complicated; I really wish it were much simpler. There are still a significant number of false positives, and accuracy issues persist. At times, the Phish Alert Button fails to function as expected.

The automated removal of threats and spam at the organizational level is truly impressive.

I enjoy that it is so easy to use. I work with it on a daily basis and really enjoy that it helps me in diagnosing whether an email is a phish or whether it might be safe. I enjoy the little categories on the side where it mentions how much of a threat, spam, or if it's clean. I also enjoy that it provides each step in the path and where it detected the threat at. It also really does the integration with Microsoft well as well as Fresh Service.

I don't really think there is much that I dislike, I think that it helps the security analyst out by the different areas it uses to diagnose the email and determine whether it is phishing or not.

It helps resolve the issue of our users clicking on threats and/or spam. It's also benefiting us since we use this for our security training and setting this up for the year.

I enjoy the ease of use and how I can automate the investigation and response.

PhishER integration with Google could improve.

KnowBe4 PhishER allows us to automate email investigation and quickly remove phishing.

PhishER has done a fantastc job categorizing emails for our organization.

An email considered to be " clean " is sent right back to the user after inspection.

The most important piece to PhishER for our organization is the PhishRIP feature.

Any email considered to be a threat is then ripped from all user mailboxes within the organiation.

This allows the end user to play a role in cyber security becoming a valueable asset as well.

Honestly I'm not sure that I have a downside.

I would like to see further improvement on emals categorzied as " unnkown"

As of now any email categorized as unknown we leave for admin review and notify a member of the IT team.

The Phish ER AI decision making as helped to free up a ton of time from our IT Team.

PhishER has taken the number of emails that our team has to manually interact witth and cut it down to a 1/8th of the volume.

The library has plenty of options. I wouldn't consider any other security training platform.

The user interface is kind of confusing. Lots of moving parts and seems like too much going on. Would love to see it simplified.

I loved all of the examples that were provided in the training. The videos, the multiple choice questions - everything was clear and easy to follow and understand.

Perhaps more examples would be useful but overall there is not much that I can think of to dislike about KnowBe4 PhishER. It would also be cool to see more videos from reformed fraudsters!

KnowBe4 PhishER really helps our team members to learn more about fraud and phishing, and the risk that is present in every organization. It is easy to think "it can't happen to me or my company", but using KnowBe4 PhishER has really opened my eyes to what dangers there are, how to recognize them, and how to protect myself and my company from those dangers. I feel more prepared to handle real life examples and I've even recognized some of them in real life! Thank you, KnowBe4 PhishER!
