We are a small team, made smaller but recent RIFs, and the automation features of PhishER are a life saver. We can configure exactly how we want and trust that it will just work. In the rare event that we actually need to sign into the dashboard to investigate something, they retain everything. We can even release a copy of any emails filtered if need be.

Learning to configure it the way we want is a bit time consuming. They have done an amazing job to make it as easy as possible, but we have still misconfigured it more than once. I have no recommendations on how to make it better because it is already as good as I can think to make it, but there is definitely a learning curve.

We have a small IT team within our agency. Putting eyes on something is often a luxury as we're such a small team. Giving our users a way to notify us when they spot something suspicious and allowing a machine learning system to assess the situation before alerting the IT folks to put eyes on it is priceless. Most of the time, PhishER figures out that the suspicious emails are either harmless or spam and the user gets their automated kickback thanking them for doing the right thing. It gives them a real sense that they're helping, and we never had to even look at it. To be completely honest, we configured the system when we bought it and almost never signed into it again. Getting the info needed to write this review is the first time I signed into PhishER in months. It just works.

If you have users reporting via the PAB it is nice to see who is reporting properly or who is reporting to report. Plus it helps put an eye on what kinds of threats are making it through our filters.

It isn't always intuitive to setup. We ended up having to call our success manager to get a proper setup and even then we have some extraneous data

It makes it very easy to use employee feedback and block phishing attempts before they become a problem.

It can take some time to setup initially and to get things just right.

It allows employees to submit suspicious emails and for us to monitor them in a secure environment. The PAB makes it simple for users to submit. We have seen a valuable increase in both submissions and just awareness by our users.

We really enjoy all the features in the platform. I love the fact that users get different simulations on different times and days. Since using the platform we have really identified the users that used to just click on everything or rely on their team mates to warn them of a simulation.

I really can't complain about much. I suppose it would be great to make it even easier to use. Thank god for our account manager. We would have been lost without her the first year.

Allowing us to put out simulations has not only increased our user awareness, it has significantly reduced our user's propensity to click on malicious email links or attachments.
