The platform is very easy and intuitive to use and offers a useful range of AI tools in support. Customer support is first class - Aled and his team are extremely responsive to user queries. It is also cost competitive - significantly cheaper than our previous software which was far less flexible with far fewer features. **What do you dislike about Knowa?** It is hard to find something to criticise, but I look forward to the system being able to handle large and complex excel spreadsheets more easily. **What problems is Knowa solving and how is that benefiting you?** Knowa provides a one stop shop for the reasons outlined above ### 2. Meeting management is excellent, agenda planning is more straightforward and knowledge sharing is on another level compared with our old way of working, especially when combined with Knowa's AI tools. Our end-users have been full of praise for Knowa and there was zero resistance to change, which is not always the case! **What do you dislike about Knowa?** Nothing significant! As with anything, there are always small things that could work differently, but the Knowa team always listen to suggestions and they have a development pipeline to address such refinements. **What problems is Knowa solving and how is that benefiting you?** Setting up, updating and managing meetings is now so much less labour-intensive, freeing up my time for other tasks, while also making for a much smoother and easier to navigate experience for the users. Being able to run the AI tools across historic Scheme documents is also a massive help, taking hours out of some queries ### 3. The initial setup was very straightforward, and we felt well supported by the Knowa team throughout. **What do you dislike about Knowa?** There is nothing I dislike about Knowa!. **What problems is Knowa solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Knowa for professional pension trustee services and one of the biggest benefits for me is the time it saves - creating meeting packs and producing meeting minutes saves a huge amount of time. The AI functionality through Knowa Q also saves time as it quickly scans through all documents to collate a response to any question. It also helps creates an audit trail for decisions taken by our wider team take, providing a layer of accountability. ### 4.
