The only part of Kneat I found to be challenging was working through the configuration as there was so many options to go through and evaluate. I love that Kneat Gx allows us to go paperless, which aligns perfectly with our company's goals. I appreciate the control and visibility into documentation it offers, as well as the traceability. We can control access, document layouts and templates, and enforce specific rules such as required approvals. It allows us to work faster without having to recreate the same content, and we can review and approve documents quicker and simultaneously (no longer a step-wise process). Kneat Gx has allowed us to reduce validation timelines by using electronic records and signatures. Teams that are not co-located are able to easily create, execute, and approve validation deliverables. We have also been able to improve compliance with the ability to track requirements and generate trace matrices. These automated tools allow us to ensure there are no unintended gaps in testing. It has also been very help helpful in rolling out CSA since we can trace the risks in the RTM as well. The are based in the UK and I work in California. It can make if difficult to schedule meetings with some departments. However, their support team does have technicians across most time zones so I can still get some limited help on issues (especially those due to user error). I was initially interested in moving towards a paperless validation system.
