Klue became a single source of truth.  Its usability, and accesabilty make it easy to consult and  explore.

I just love the ease of use! However, a Login with single sign on would be great!

in the past we used to have to look for info in tos of places, it was hard to find. When my team asks me for stuff its easy to point them to klue, same thing with  my partners

Solving for spending hours looking for competitive insights for all of our competitors. With Klue, we don't have to go hunt for information; it comes to us. 

The battlecards are a big reason why we purchased Klue. It's been a big win for us, and we love how easy it is to update and validate each card.

Klue allows marketing and sales to share competitive intel, collateral and industry news in a platform that works well on desktop or mobile. The support is amazing — Nate is a superstar and has helped us build a robust platform to support our sales team at Signature Systems.

Company slots and competitive boards are limited by plan. Expanded flexibility in 2020 is much appreciated.

Klue provides a uniform way to track competitors without doing multiple searches. We are also using the platform as a way to share our most updated sales tools and marketing materials.

Klue has a rather busy interface. But it is understandable, as there are a lot of features and battle cards that need to fit into it.

Klue is very user-friendly and convenient. The Intel Digest is great for sending Sales teams frequent competitive updates. Klue makes building battlecards simple.

I wish more information was automatically updated. It can be time consuming to keep up with all of our competitors.

Flexibility, Configurability, Ease of Use. Where Klue excels is in their ability to not only curate intel from the public domain, but also to allow for integrating and adding  intel from your own primary research (discussions with sales, customers, etc.)

The UI seems a bit dated, however, it's still relevant. I would like to see them build two pieces of functionality: 1)  ability to build a dynamic electronic and printable document by selecting cards within the profile and/or battlecards. 2) ability to build a side-by-side competitor comparison document.

The ability to Integrating curated and primary research intelligence into ONE single location. And the ability to scale our intelligence to a large and growing audience.

The Klue tool has helped my CI team provide competitive intel in a format that allows our sales partners to access without having to be logged into a company server.  The mobile app is convenient and easy to use.  Not only has the tool allowed us a place to keep all of our intel in one place, it also allows for access to news alerts in order to keep up on what's happening in the market.  The Klue staff is always very helpful and cares about what is important to us.

Though not every solution is perfect for every customer, the folks at Klue are willing to listen to new ideas and ways to improve the tool.

I like that Klue is multi-faceted.  It helps surface relevant competitive intel to users, acts as a sales-friendly repository of competitive information and guidance, and drives a collaborative approach to the gathering, analysis and sharing of intelligence.

Not much.  There is scope to further improve some of the battlecard editing tools but that's a minor grumble.

I appreciate the robust support and guidance from the customer success team and the intuitive, robust platform. It's made my job as a product marketer much easier. Streamlining the competitive intelligence portion of my job has made it much more digestible.

There are some minor bugs with easy workarounds, but they are painless and not a big deal.

I like how I can see a group of companies that I can easily reference while on the phone to prospects.

THe intel can somethimes be limited and hard to locate.

We are saving our salesforce a ton of time looking across various sites for information. The competitive profiles within Klue are easy and quick to navigate. We save a lot of time allowing Klue to source news headlines for us and in turn, our engagement with our salesforce has increased with using the weekly intel digest functionality.

Klue does a great job organizing content for distribution. From preparing automatic or manual digests to building and maintaining battle cards, Klue makes short work out of sharing vital competitive intel. I love the browser plug-in for capturing content for later review.

**What do you dislike about Klue?**

Klue picks up so much content, it takes some effort to learn how to sort through it. But that's common with software platforms that you don't yet know well. The more time you spend with it, the easier it gets.

our company has a ton of information for internal and external use and we just started on Klue a few weeks ago so still getting use to how to navigate the most effectively which is our own companys issue. the customization of the interface is something i've brought up and it seems as though there might be restrictions to that
