Call IQ gives me the ability to go back and review my team’s calls without the need to listen to them all over again. It's ease of implementation is a bonus. All meetings are broken down into summaries which is very useful as I can just skim through calls to get a gist of them. I also get details on rep performance - which makes coaching easy. I use it regularly and it is so easy to navigate through the platform and the support is impeccable. Karthik is always there when we need help Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
