I think the gamification could be improved like organizing competitions between participants (who is the most creative or having the largest number of post-it, ...) I think the integration with Microsoft could be improved as well. **Recommendations to others considering Klaxoon:** Helps you connect to your colleagues on site & remotely ! I also like the template library which is very helpfull if you want to start from scratch and be efficient. **What do you dislike about Klaxoon?** Even if integration is allowed with many existing identity providers, it would be appreciated to work on Google intergation. For sure there are some workarounds, but it can be improved (and hopefully will be). **What problems is Klaxoon solving and how is that benefiting you?** Lack of team motiviation during some meetings.
