What is the best?

Probably the wealth of this solution regarding what you want to do and how you want to engage people :

- If you are very creative, you can perform amazing board

- if you need a very rigorous survey, you can use this activity

- if you want to break the ice and engage attendees by gaming, you can create an adventure

- if you have to manage a global event such as a seminar with top-down speech but also interaction, use the Session module and add different activities...

The best is the solution :-) and this appropriation is not too much complex.

Moreover, we benefited strong support from the Customer management services of Klaxoon to kick off the solution in a very good way.

But obviously, some features could be improved in the future, like shared the management with someone else for a survey or an adventure, or the ability to host video in Stream for those who work with M365 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Boards with ideas and vectorial arrows are the best way to structure ideas during brainstormings. Few features are the key, rather than overloading it and spending more time selecting the right one instead of thinking

Klaxoon provides a collaborative on-line wide board with a lot of possibilities to express your imagination. It's the most advanced wide board I know up to now. There are a lot of available templates. What I like the most is that it is really easy to embed newbies into it and participant adoption is straight forward. I rarelly faced any critics with it. I appreciate the diversity of the proposed functionalities: make surveys, quizz, brainstorming sessions but also create an adventure course and your questions from the Klaxoon interface and send it to your entire team. I like most about Klaxoon, that I can build workshop journeys for my clients with very low time invest and high reusability. The outcome is both visually appealing to the customer and easy to use.
