What do you like best about Klara?

Klara has really improved our capacity on communicating with our patients. It has significalty reduced our outgoing calls. We utilize it for self scheduling, as well, for routine eye exams with our Optometrists. We are able to request information needed from our patients very quickly. We also use it for estatements and surgery payment deposits. It has helped streamline many of our manual processes. What do you dislike about Klara?

Klara needs to be whitelisted with Mod Med. Also when a patient cancels or requests to reschedule, it takes the patient off the schedule - which is great. But if the patien then turns around before the appointment and changes it to Confirm, it puts them back in that slot. What do you like best about Klara?

There are no redeeming qualites. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more and get the platform Podium so you can actually speak to your patients in a timely manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Klara?

I had high hopes for Klara, but my experience has been incredibly disappointing. The customer service was lacking; it took ages to get a response, and when I finally did, it felt dismissive. The platform itself is outdated and a hassle for patients to use, making effective communication nearly impossible. This is crucial for scheduling or rescheduling appointments, especially since most patients prefer not to call the office. As a small business, I expected better support and communication, but it seems like Klara prioritizes larger clients instead. Overall, it’s definitely not worth the money, and I cannot recommend their services based on my experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Klara?

I like being able to text the pt's w/minimal delay and send/receive any forms/docs needed. I appreciate being able to see if the pt has or hasn't read the msgs as well. We have a lot of pt's ask to just text them info & not all use our portal system. Plus the portal has a delay where we have to wait for the pt to see an email that says they have a msg, log into the portal & then if they reply there, wait for someone to send a task that w/the portal msg & that may be delayed by not being sent to the correct person right away. With Klara, it gets assigned fairly quickly & we can see all the history if we open the pt's acct to send them a msg & see all correspondences as they happen instead of piece mail in multiple diff tasks/portal msgs in our portal system. (We get a new task for each portal msg even if they are responses to prev s msgs.) Pt's usually check/respond to text msgs fairly quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Klara?

1)I would like to be able to send forms, orders, results, etc., directly to from the chart to the pt in Klara instead of having to save to the computer & then upload to Klara to send.

2)It would be nice to have a list of recent pts you've communicated w/pop up when you go to/use the search bar.

3)If there was a way to have preloaded messages you can pick from to send to pt's, like 'I am trying to reach you for x, please call....' or 'Here are the forms for x, please complete and return by...'. What do you like best about Klara?

Klara is extremely user-intuitive. There is no extensive training needed to understand how Klara works and how to utilize bits and pieces of it to create efficiencies across numerous job positions. We have loved that the implementation of Klara hasn't required our clinic to setup all the capabilities of it. We began using Klara for the HIPAA-compliant text messaging features, the appointment reminders and responses, and the e-forms feature. Patients are able to bypass downloading additional apps or creating usernames and passwords and simply login by verifying date-of-birth, name and phone number. Over the course of several months, we began enabling and using additional capabilities (voicemail transcription - LOVE THIS, pre & post appointment messages based on appointment type, e-statements, text-to-pay, etc). Klara has a great staff and support team that is truly dedicated to ensuring that it's setup correctly to your workflow and they genuinely want your practice to succeed in implementing this product. They have been receptive to feedback and come back with solutions! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Klara?

Truly this is a product whose success is determined by the person in-office implementing this. Klara has made communication internally with staff and patients so much easier first and foremost. While we had some staff that were initially resistant to change, it was quickly realized how much easier this product made each of our jobs. Educating staff on this product is so critical! What do you like best about Klara?

What do you dislike about Klara?

Our patients do not like the set up, it is glitchy, the messages to pateints are too little to read. We also cannot edit our own things. We have to call a rep to do it, which is weird. It is really not that easy to use. It seems that it was a good idea, and some coders were hired, but coders were not kept to continue to innovate and fix. What do you like best about Klara?

I love being able to message patients, as it can be quicker than calling. It also allows us to communicate with other staff about an individual patient in one thread so information can be referenced. I do use it every day at my work, and use it frequently as a patient.

Getting started is very easy, and simple to do, both as a medical staff and a patient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Klara?

Not being able to search/see which conversations were closed. Sometimes, I need to go back to the conversation I just closed, and if I don't remember who it was, I'm stuck. If I try going through past conversations, there are too many to go through to find the patient I'm looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Klara?

That allow us to use the time we would have spent on the phone to do more productive things without sacrificing service, makes things easier for patients and permit us to send documents and have conversations with patients without having to stop what we are doing

What do you like best about Klara?

User friendly and love that I have direct contact with a patient, our hours of operation are usually the same working our for our patients so being anle tp communicate via text is so convinient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Klara?
