It's great that it doesn't require a fast Internet connection, and I don't have to scroll or reload emails constantly. I was OK with doing so beccause they explained that their operating costs were not being met with the "lifetime" fee they had oroginally charged. Here's the problem - I am forced to repeatedly log into each GMail account what seems like every week. I reached out to support, and they asked me what version of Mac OS and Kiwi I was using, then never got back to me. I waited weeks and re-contacted them, only to be further ignored. I had used another email client on another machine, and it NEVER asks me to log in after the initial login. So why the difference? Is there a problem with Kiwi's security, or the way they access GMail? With Kiwi it's not as obvious to see which of your accounts has new mail or other notifications, though the icon in the menu bar is helpful. I'd rather all links opened in the browser, specifically Google docs, rather in new Kiwi windows. I wish there was support for more Chrome Extensions.
