Kite is a good AI code assistant. It supports multiple languages and can be easily used. It has increased my productivity and saved a lot of time in typing everything. It also has a great feature of documentation lookup which helps in looking for the documentation of a specific block of code and see its usage. It works smoothly and never almost lags. Kite's AI Assistant suggests code as you type. It comes up in a drop-down menu kind of thing with the suggestions which I feel is a little downside of using Kite. Other AI assistants like Github Co-pilot are actually showing it in the code editor which makes it visually appealing and easy to understand the code before using that code block. I feel if Kite does that then it would be very easy to write code but other than there's nothing as such a dislike for the software. It is pretty good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Unlike other alternative code complements, Kite can also deliver codes in blocks. And while doing this, it makes use of both artificial intelligence and the codes you have written before. It does not tire the IDE, it works fast and beautifully. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Kite is perhaps my favorite software as a software developer. I don't know what I would do without him. There is no cons. A perfect helper. Maybe it can be said as a minus that the developers do not opensource the project and continue to support it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

UI and interface is very good . it is very simple to use.Safety which is a concern today is provided well by this application.Indicators are very helpful in this application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Chart pattern is not very user friendly, It sometimes freezes which gives a disadvantage while trading. There are hefty charges for registration as well . It would be better if they worked on that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a perfect AI coding assistant which comes at no cost to the user.
Its best feature is its auto-completion feature which helps in increasing your efficiency.
It can be added to almost any text editor and comes at no cost to the user.
It tracks your code writing behavior and then suggests the other code that is just awesome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is just an AI coding assistant; therefore, it does not have much to offer. But, the work for which it was made, it entirely does it. Hence, I do not find anything that I dislike about it. The only thing they can improve is by providing patch updates more early. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Kite is one of the best coding assistants, which can be integrated into almost all the code editors available on the internet. It also comes with a lifetime free plan for those who are tight on their budget. Kite decreased my project completion time by almost 30%, which is just fantabulous. Last but not least, it has support for nearly all the programming languages which one would think of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do not find anything prominent that I dislike about Kite as it has not got much to do. It is a AI-powered code completion software that performs its task wonderfully. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Kite is one of the best coding assistants I have ever used. It can be used with almost any text editor available. It comes at no cost to the user and, therefore, does not hurt your pocket at all. It is worth adding in your text editor if one needs to do coding on regular basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is a bit buggy software and hence, sometimes crashes when working on large projects. But, this happens very rarely. Except for this, I do not find anything that I dislike about kite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The tool is available for so many languages that it is most likely to be available in what you code in. It has a vast library and suggests perfectly the syntax and the code snippets required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes UI makes it uncomfortable to select the line I want to write. It gets in the way of the actual code written. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It works pretty well, and it gives you some great suggestions. Sometimes it almost feels like it knows what you are thinking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes it doesn't give the best suggestions. Also, it is pretty heavy and feels like it slows down my IDE. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
well, it works (under certain circumstances) and provides suggestions (the same quality as some IDE plugins do, don't expect anything magic) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Totally useless for me.
Does NOT work for remote development over SSH (in VS Code at least, I have not tried anything else), so if you have to SSH - forget about it, it won't work.
DOES NOT WORK ON M1 Apple Silicon Macs and the team have no clue when it will.
You can only manage your subscription in Kite copilot, so if you're on new Mac, you have to pick up a win machine just to unsubscribe. That's a shame. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Kite provides good data storage and integration feature with database servers and more features for coding in python. It can be integrated with many popular IDE's like Pycharm, VsCode, Intellij, Sublime, Spyder etc. It significantly reduces time when coding redundant programs. The IDE is not an open-source tool and it is not mature enough to use in a big project or organization. I think the deep learning and AI algorithms they are using can still improve. Also, the team version provides support up to 100k lines of code and some complex systems have more than that many lines of code which makes it unusable by most organizations.
