Among the many functions it offers, one of the ones we use and take into account are the data and process analysis that end up providing us with daily reports based on all the information that is being handled at the moment, in this way we can identify in advance any probable inconvenience, which leads us to act in time and have the best possible solutions to have all the important information at hand. **What do you dislike about Kissflow?** While we must recognize that the Kissflow platform has great potential due to the great boost it can provide to any organization, there are important points to take into account that I personally did not like, such as the customer support they have. Remember that it is a very broad platform with a large number of tools, which leads us to have a good command of some tools but there were others in which we needed help or a possible solution and the answers came too late. Another important point is that the cost of its license can become somewhat high for small and medium-sized organizations, although it must be recognized that it is one of the platforms with more tools to offer in the market in terms of business process management. **What problems is Kissflow solving and how is that benefiting you?** An increase in the productivity of the company, since today thanks to the help of the Kissflow platform we have a correct management by department. We are very grateful for the customization tools they offer, since through these tools we were able to adapt the functions of kissflow by department to the convenience and requirements of each of them. We save time in data and process analysis, since this platform provides us with important reports on which we can base ourselves to implement solutions to relevant problems. If you have someone on your team with technical skills/knowledge (even basic knowledge) like basic HTML and some familiarity with working within databases, you can use that basic knowledge to expand the tools available further & build quite complex systems within an abbreviated timeframe. **What do you dislike about Kissflow?** There's not much I dislike about Kissflow. There are small things that might be improved or additional features that would be handy, but the team is constantly innovating and releasing new & helpful features. When you use a good product you can feel it in some kind of attention to details, in small pieces of your user expirience. You don't have to think - why is this control here or where is this button, or how to send a comment in a request, or where I can fin processes I've started etc. and so on, and on. And KF is some kind of opposite to this sentence above sometimes. **What problems is Kissflow solving and how is that benefiting you?** We started using KF since version 2.0. It was a good product for that days. Before KF all the requests had to be approved in email. It was quite a mess. With KF you know what request was submitted when and who are the approvers. All the info in one form, all the steps are written down and you cannot modify/alter the data after the request is complete. You have to use some BPM system if you want to controll the approvals. And it is a good starting point to build process schemes of work in your organisation. ### 23. The processes involve a lot of back and forth clicking, and the UI does not support right click --> open in new tab. The software update information is never notified to the users via email, which is quite irritating. You can set workflows whit different "if cause" boxes in order to create a different kind of branches of the flow, so it's very flexible. For Example if in a specific process form stage, one specific filed is not filled, the process can take another route and inform different actors about this changing. In the end, another important feature that i want to mention is the "Reports" section, when you can create in absolute freedom every report that you want to create and export those in excel or other forms. Also this feature is very flexible so i can recomend it. **What do you dislike about Kissflow?** The feature that my company uses less is the internal chat. We think that it is more usefull to use mail/phone calls to clarify some items or our internal software that provides chat. Thanks to the great KissFlow solution, we solved this problem and now we can manage every kind of workflows and every kind of autorization/notifications. Every actor now can recive only the notifications of its competence and now our internal autorization process is more efficent and effective and they open the application only when is necessary (so when they get an alert/notify thought mail). . ### 47. That was frustrating. I find the software is limited in aspects of functionality that we needed and would have been helpful. Such as adding a hyperlink to a field and havig it be clickable. I found setting up integrations to be confusing and limited.
