The customer support is terrible. We had a critical issue recently, and they simply refused to help me. I called dosend of times and left multiple emails, but they did not help me. Finally, someone from the sales team contacted me to apologize, which was nice of him, but the support staff have still not contacted me about the issues we are facing. The product itself is amazing and super easy to install. The best part about Kisi so far has been their customer service. I have been working with account executive Kalib Mickelson. He knows the product inside and out and is very knowledgable with everything. His customer service has been the best I have seen in a long time.
