I like that when we have visitors to our office, it's super easy to give them access to our building! Before we had Kisi, someone had to be in the office and hand them a physical key card and then make sure to get that back before they left town. With Kisi, we feel more secure! When the WiFi goes out, people have a hard time getting in and out of our building! We also had some issues between the building technology and Kisi technology. For a while Kisi wasn't working and we had a challenging time figuring out the issue. (because it's an older building). The customer support is terrible. We had a critical issue recently, and they simply refused to help me. I called dosend of times and left multiple emails, but they did not help me. Finally, someone from the sales team contacted me to apologize, which was nice of him, but the support staff have still not contacted me about the issues we are facing. The product itself is amazing and super easy to install. The best part about Kisi so far has been their customer service. I have been working with account executive Kalib Mickelson. He knows the product inside and out and is very knowledgable with everything. His customer service has been the best I have seen in a long time.
