**What do you like best about Kinsta?**

I am not a developer.  I have been using Kinsta services for almost a year.  I have had this website for about 12 years and I can say that I have never had a smoother time than with Kinsta.  Some people like to say it's too expensive but I find that the service they provide is worth it.  I haven't had to ask for assistance but a few times, but each of those times the customer support team was outstanding – they are responsive, knowledgeable, and always quickly resolved issues.

So far I don't have any downside to using Kinsta as my hosting provider.

I have been using Kinsta for about a year and I find that my website runs smoothly without problems.

**What do you like best about Kinsta?**

Firstly the quality of the web hosting is the best I've experienced for WordPress sites. It's my go to solution for my client's sites, especially resource hungry use cases. The support is always effective and friendly, and you're never waiting in a queue to receive it. Highly recommended.

**What do you dislike about Kinsta?**

It's a premium solution so clearly there's a cost there - if it's a very simple site or non business critical it feels like overkill given the pricing. There are a few features which aren't available and are on other premium hosting providers - although the platform receives regular enhancements so that may close in time. The staging sites lack the resources of the production site so if you have a resource intensive site to test you will need to pay extra just to test it (you can upgrade the test environment hosting for an extra fee) .

**What problems is Kinsta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides me with a fast and reliable hosting solution for my clients. The support is always excellent so managing client sites is easy and efficient.

Kinsta makes deploying and managing WP sites extremely simple while providing me with easy access to all the tools and functions that used to take countless extra hours for us to implement and manage at other hosts, such as Media Temple. Kinsta goes out of its way to help troubleshoot and solve problems every single time I go to them to ask if there are any service-level issues I should know about before I troubleshoot client site issues. Rather than simply update me on system status, they always dive in and solve the problems even if they're technically our problems and not service level.

We are an agency that uses Kinsta to host our clients' websites.  Their onboarding and migration is second to none. Within a few clicks and you are live.  We appreciate the notifications on plugin updates and security updates to keep our clients websites running smoothly.  Their tech support is the best in the industry. They are the secret sauce to keeping our sanity. Their customer support is fast, friendly, and always able to answer all of our quesitons and solve any issues that come up.

Honestly can't think of anything we don't like.

It’s a premium server, and for certain website setups, it’s one of the best options out there.

**What do you dislike about Kinsta?**

Because of the limits on PHP workers, disk space, and similar factors, it’s my top choice only for certain websites. I’ve worked with Kinsta for years and never had any issues. 

For high-traffic sites, it can get expensive fast—but if you can afford it, it’s absolutely worth it.

**What problems is Kinsta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The support team is fast and excellent—definitely 10 stars! That’s what makes this a true premium hosting service. It feels like having an in-house expert, just without the extra salary.

We experienced slow load times at our previous host. With Kinsta that is all gone. It very easy scalable and it offers great support!

I really wouldn’t know. Maybe it’s not the cheapest host, but it’s more than worth the costs!

**What do you like best about Kinsta?**

Kinsta just works ... period. I am not an expert trained prgrammer. So it is very very important to me that setting it up my sites and keeping them running as things keep changing  (plugins, mail servers, DNS ... etc.) is easy. This is where Kinsta stands out amongst all the hosting I have tried over the last 20 years. Kinsta makes things easy, and whenever it is not easy for me their incredible, effective, and empathic real-time 24/7 support is there!!!! Kinsta support is experts who really know what they are talking about and have not only helped me quickly on every issue I have had the four years I have been with Kinsta, they also think around the corner and help me solve issues I did not know I had. Even more important to me is the the Kinsta ninja's explain things so that I understand them (sometimes with a kind nudge to dumb it down a bit :- )).

Then there are the manual backups that have saved me many times. Just backup before any big or small changes if you feel uneasy, and roll back at the click of a button.

My Kinsta sites have been up 99.99% of the time! And if they are not, or there is a problem, I get emails so that I can react right away.

And last but not least, Kinsta's new pro-rated power management toggle is fantastic because it lets me grow and shrink the backend power of my sites as I need it. You only pay for the extra power when you need it and as your website grows. This is truly fantastic for me.

In short, Kinsta is solid, serious, supportive, innovative and let's you sleep better at night.

**What do you dislike about Kinsta?**

There are always ways to improve. Standing still is no option. Kinsta is in my experience always ahead of the curve. They even have regular (voluntary) customer interviews to find out how to best improve. THe only thing that I wish for is standard 512mb memory instead of 256mb. Websites and plugins keep geting drawing on more and more memory so 256 is slowly becoming a too low a baseline. But, that being said ... finding standard 512mb memory hosting is hard and, for me, switching would mean loosing all the other features that make Kinsta stand out above most, if not all, other hosting.

Of course, as a consumer I would always like more for less. Kinsta is not cheap but it is worth it.

**What problems is Kinsta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Migration was seamless. With a little support setting up and optimizing DNS and SMTP were comfortable. Update and reset PHP at the click of a button.  With a little support sometimes, optimizing server-related website speed settings, analysing errors, and much much more let's me rest easy that my sites are secure and running, and should anything go wrong, that I can quickly find and solve the problem.

Architecture.
They know what they are doing, and they have clear reasons behind any restriction, which was mostly a security in our case.
The support is instant and 1-on-1, no AI or redirection to reading useless docs.

**What do you dislike about Kinsta?**

The pricing can be on the upper level, compared to other service providers, especially for storage. We had to use S3 externally in order to go around the storage cost limitations.

When there is a technical problem or question, there is always someone with great skills available to help.

**What do you dislike about Kinsta?**

What I find a bit annoying is that we don't have full control over caching and that sometimes data is cached that shouldn't be cached and we have to contact support to fix it (but they're really quick with fixing it).

Hosting multiple Wordpress websites at a reasonable price and simple management/admin of all those sites

I can only speak generally, as our dev team recommended switching for better support than our previous host. I can't speak to that, but as a user of our brand site,  performance seems to be good.

Set-up offered more challenges than our previous host, but that may have been specific to permissions we have set rather than reflective of the service itself.

What I like best about Kinsta is its speed and reliability. The platform is  fas and ensures excellent uptime. I also appreciate the intuitive dashboard, which makes managing WordPress sites easy, even for non-technical users. The customer support is outstanding—friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to respond.

Kinsta is not the cheapest option on the market. While the quality of service justifies the price, it might be a barrier for smaller projects or startups with limited budgets.

**What do you like best about Kinsta?**

Using Kinsta has allowed us to scale our portfolio of clients without having to worry with the maintenance of almost 400 websites.
Performance is great and the dashboard offers an intuitive way to use the product. Above all the support is always responsive, well informed, and ready to help.

**What do you dislike about Kinsta?**

At the moment the thing I dislike the most is the lack of flexibility in the server configuration. The dashboard allows customisation of the threads and max memory, however it is capped to pre defined limits and cannot be extended, not even against extra payment.

**What problems is Kinsta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It takes away a lot of DevOps work since we do not need to concern ourselves with the maintenance of the infrastructure.

I was invited to complete a survey on g2 that would provide some promotional credit in return. Upon trying to claim this, it was refused and the support/billing team didn't want to help. It would have been nice to explore Kinsta further, but we decided to remove everything and go elsewhere.

We use Kinsta web hosting for our college's WordPress sites, which includes a multisite network of about 50 sites/blogs, plus a few other microsites.  Kinsta's support team helped us migrate all of our WordPress sites from another web host to theirs, which was a smooth painless process.  

Hosting and performance have been very reliable.  Support is great.  The backend interface is simple and easy to manage.  I like that I get an email if there's ever a coding error or incompatible script or plugin.  I also like the option to host a static site with the current WordPress plan.  

I'm very happy with the service and support.  The pricing is reasonable also.

**What do you dislike about Kinsta?**

Nothing really.  (I could mention that there's no phone support, but all of my tech support issues have been promptly addressed through the live chat, so this hasn't been an issue.)

I've had no downsides although i would love for them to recommend someone who is as knowledgable as the team to assist me with website issues that aren't related to the server, like a best in class list of developers who they may know (disclaimers attached, of course).

It gives me confidence to run my site well. I have an ecommerce site Little French Heart which at times has huge spikes in users. I need a reliable server host and a team of experts to assist me in running it. I have no technical skill, I'm a journalist and storyteller by trade, and so i need Kinsta to assist in ensuring the site is always running optimally. I'm also a single mum and breadwinner, so ultimately, Kinsta is not a technical platform to me but an important artery or connection for me to earn a living. I can't really describe how important this is to me, to trust the team and know they've got my back, it's everything.

I've been using Kinsta since 2018 and it's been a great journey. First and foremost the quick support I get from them is awesome. Anytime I need anything, they were available there to help me out.

With MyKinsta everything is made easy, from clearing cache to modify domains, PHP version, etc.

I can check daily a lot of analysis report to see how everything is going too.

And the performance: oooooohhhh gosh! It's super fast!! Now with Cloudflare CDN and Edge Caching and Google Cloud Platform, the performance is unbeatable.

Now I'm starting using their Application Hosting and Database Hosting and I'm impressed as well. With Github integrations, it's easy to implement CD/CI pipelines, really quick.

**What do you dislike about Kinsta?**

The price would be a negative point if you just look at the amount you will spend monthly, but when you put it into practice, the price is actually not expensive.

There are many hosting providers that offer the same level of speed at a lower cost. But the support Kinsta provides is amazing. My queries get resolved in minutes. Other providers like Nestify takes a day to resolve.

Kinsta's customer service agents are efficient, friendly, and generous. They will hold your hand through the difficult parts if necessary. At times I had to log off for personal commitments and they continued working for me in the background. They also monitor plugins for vulnerabilities and warn you ahead of time for PHP updates, etc. Definitely worth the slightly higher cost.

It's a little more expensive but it's worth it. Sometimes you will get a customer service agent who's less willing to be hands-on, but the next one will be much friendlier. Overall the experience is stellar.

The best thing about Kinsta is their support. I've contacted them a few times over the years to resolve issues and they've always gotten back to me immediately and resolved issues promptly. Their customer support people seem to be very tech-savvy and knowledgeable. I also find the interface easy to use, can find what I'm looking for with just a few clicks.

**What do you dislike about Kinsta?**

Their pricing is probably competitive but it does sting a bit every year when my hosting bill comes in. I recently downgraded my plan after my site lost traffic and I didn't need so much visitor allowance. I didn't expect Kinsta to credit me the amount outstanding on my old plan but they did, so that was nice.

**What problems is Kinsta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like that I don't really have to think about my hosting with Kinsta. If anything goes wrong, their support usually solves it quickly or points me in the right direction immediately. Other hosting companies I've used required more of my time to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Kinsta's platform is extremely well thought out. We moved to Kinsta after 15+ years with Rackspace.

Some people seem to think it's "expensive", but honestly the peace of mind and how much time I save not worrying about "hosting" makes it a bargain overall. PHP updates, SSL certs - all handled automatically. Frankly, it just works. 

 never worry about speed, uptime or other things that used to cause me grief. It's a good service and when I've needed some help, it was quick and easy to get.

Migration was an initial concern as we had some rather out of date versions of Wordpress on some sites, but Kinsta's support made quick work of it. I didn't expect it to be that easy, or I would have switched a long time ago.

**What do you dislike about Kinsta?**

I actually don't have any complaints about Kinsta. When we first signed up, the packages they had required you to jump tiers in order to add an extra site, but even that has been addressed in the past few month.

I'm a huge fan of Kinsta' customer support. You get to chat with a human in seconds and they know how to solve your issue just as fast. I've tried other hosting providers that make you sit and wait forever. And, when you finally get through with their "support," the solution is almost always: "that's something you should ask your web developer about."

Honestly, I have zero complaints. Although, maybe their 2024 website redesign. I'm not a huge fan of that, lol.

Kinsta gives me the confidence to offer premium WordPress hosting and maintenance solutions for my web design clients. Before them, I was building servers on Google Cloud Console, but lacked the ability to actually offer hosting as a managed solution for clients. I ended up building sites on other people's hosting platform of choice which caused an insane amount of headaches dealing with terrible customer reps. I won't mention which platforms I used, but I didn't enjoy any of them. When I switched to Kinsta, I moved all my sites and now provide clients with a premium experience and a headache-free guarantee!

Security. They monitor every threat. They are proactive. They are aware of every tool we use and warn us quickly if we use anything in any way that could be risky. They do what the others say they will do. Professionalism. The communication is perfect. They tell me and my web developer everything we need to know. With most companies you get spam and advertising. With Kinsta, every email is worth reading because they write when it is important and we need to take action.

There are zero problems with Kinsta. Even the annual certificate updates are smooth and those have not been smooth anywhere.

**What problems is Kinsta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were with a very popular name that was purchase by one of the big folks that manages it for cash. Higher payments and worse service. Our sight was infiltrated by a Chinese company using it for storage and presentation of ads. It turns out that common super security system that so many use was not installed write and per the 2nd vendor, they did not know how to install it. It was a mess. We had every security service they offered and there was no means to fix the problem including a complete restoration.  We had to move. I learned that there were a few of these top quality hosts that were independant from the mega corps that own hundreds of hosts.  I put Kinsta through some tough and annoying tests before I chose them.

**What do you like best about Kinsta?**

Kinsta is fast, reliable, and has great support. I host almost all my websites with them, simply because it works. The platform is easy to use, with a clean interface that makes managing sites effortless. There are plenty of useful features, like automatic backups, staging environments, and powerful caching, all without extra hassle. And if I ever have a question, their support team is quick to respond and always helpful. After years of using Kinsta, I wouldn’t want to switch to anything else.

I honestly can not come up with anything.

**What problems is Kinsta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Where I used to spend a lot of time on standard tasks and needed multiple plugins for things like backups and caching, Kinsta has made everything so much easier. These features are built-in and work seamlessly, saving me both time and effort. Managing websites is now faster and more streamlined, so I can focus on building websites een webshops.

Being able to use Wordpress Multisite to build a site network which our brand loves to use for Single Sign On and a network for our brands.

**What do you dislike about Kinsta?**

Would love to be able to do a little more customization as far as scaling for more visitors such as database scaling and other tools to keep performance great when having large amount of data. I know they have been working on adding things like this and are excited to see what is added in the future.

Finding a hosting company that can provide Wordpress managed hosting that is not too pricy but in return you get amazing performance, speed, reliability and support.

Additional WordPress Sites Pricing Structure
When you add an extra WordPress site to your plan for $30/month, it doesn’t come with any increase to visits, CDN usage, or storage. This feels a bit limiting, especially considering Kinsta’s entry-level single-site plan is also $30/month but includes 35,000 visits, 10GB storage, and 125GB CDN.

It would be great to see a bit more value included when adding extra sites (ads-ons) to existing plans—to make it more worthwhile for users managing multiple smaller sites under one roof, without having to create a separate single site account.

**What problems is Kinsta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before switching to Kinsta, I faced a few common issues with previous hosting providers—slow site speed (especially in the WordPress admin), clunky dashboards, inconsistent support, and complicated site management processes. Kinsta has solved all of these pain points for me.

The Kinsta Dashboard.  It’s  easy to use, even for someone who’s not a developer. I can create backups with one click, set up staging environments, and even monitor my customer's site performance without needing extra tools. For the more tech-savvy users, they’ve got features like SSH access and WP-CLI.

**What do you dislike about Kinsta?**

Kinsta bans certain (not all) migration plugins. The inability to use a migration plugin I paid over $150 per year for is now no good.

**What problems is Kinsta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They’ve got enterprise-level DDoS protection, free malware removal, and multiple backup options. This benefits me by not having to pay for these additional services.

We use Kinsta to host our company's WordPress websites, and we are very happy with the service. It's easy it set up a WordPress site and the control panel is easy to understand. The best part for us is the technical support. Every time we had a question or problem, the support team helped us and with clear explanations. We really appreciate their help and recommend Kinsta to others.

**What do you dislike about Kinsta?**

You get a lot of analytics of your site, which some of it can be a bit difficult to understand. They have documentation for the data in the analytics which explains some of it, but if you don't have any background knowledges about it before hand, it's hard to understand whether the data is good or bad - and if so, how can you optimize it.

**What problems is Kinsta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We previous hosted one of our Wordpress sites on AWS, which was too advanced to managed and we had to hire people to help us with anything regarding the hosting. After we moved our site to Kinsta, we can handle all our hosting our self and if we have any questions or problems, we can ask support. They've previous helped us with a caching problem.

When our site was hacked by an overseas bot, Kinsta worked with our developer to get to the bottom of it. It was detected on a Sunday evening and within 24-48 hours the email thread between Kinsta and our developer was over 30 emails long! I was impressed with how tirelessly they worked to figure out how to stop the bot and they were successful!

**What do you dislike about Kinsta?**

I would be helpful to more easily speak to a human. It would also be nice if it were easier to run Elementor.

**What problems is Kinsta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kinsta is hosting our WordPress site which is of great benefit to a small business that doesn't have that kind of bandwidth to manage.

**What do you like best about Kinsta?**

- Excellent support - I have never had a problem that wasn't solved quickly and in a friendly manner
- Intuitive UX in the backend - everything is always where you expect it to be
- Great assistance if required e.g. setting up multisite support, cloning sites, etc
- Fantastic uptime - I can't remember my sites ever being down
- Have recently deployed some web apps and used Kinsta's inbuilt database hosting, both of which have been extremely easy to start using, despite not being technical

**What do you dislike about Kinsta?**

- The number of visits on each tier is quite easy to hit if you have multiple sites that are getting decent amounts of traffic
- Staging sites are less powerful than live sites unless you pay extra, which you may need to do if you are using Wordpress with Elementor or similar
- Number of PHP workers can feel low

**What problems is Kinsta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kinsta means that hosting is not something that I need to worry about. I know that my sites will be up, will be fast and will be secure.. If there are any issues, I know that Kinsta's support team will help me understand and resolve them quickly. I recently Moved into building web apps that require a hsting environment and a database, and Kinsta's intuitive backend made it easy to set this up and scale the service efficiently.

The control panel is easy to use with some advanced features. Their Cloudflare DNS integration is solid, but I found it to have a slight learning curve. My favorite thing about Kinsta however, is their top-tier support.

Kinsta offers a reliable, high-speed hosting environment with excellent caching options and ultra-fast backups.The fact that they fix hacked sites for free is pretty rad.

The pricing is higher than other hosts I've tried but you get what you pay for. Also, the environment setup used to be faster sometimes copying live to staging takes over 5 minutes even for a small website.

Everything about Kinsta is perfect. This is hands down the best Wordpress hosting platform. Ease of use, navigation and instructions are on another level compared to other hosting companies. Never had any problems with Kinsta, with support, payment, installation, backup, it just works flawlessly. I was never disappointed with support team, always on point with the solutions and quick response time. I will continue using Kinsta for all my future projects.
