What do you like best about Kiflo?

The HubSpot integration was quick to set up, and partner-registered leads go straight into our CRM with the right partner attached. Having account mapping in the same tool means we see which accounts our partners already know without paying for a second tool. The MCP connection with Claude is a great bonus: I use it to automate tasks and build partner reports in minutes. On top of that, the UI/UX is great, feedback from our partners has been very positive and portal adoption is high. Syncs are fast and reliable, onboarding was smooth and the support team answers quickly, so the price is easy to justify. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kiflo?

Not much. Kiflo covers what we need today to manage our referral and reseller programs. A built-in LMS for partner training would be a nice addition, but the team told me it's on the roadmap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Kiflo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Kiflo, tracking leads from partners was messy. Now every partner lead is registered in one place and synced to HubSpot, so nothing gets lost and each partner gets credit for their work. Account mapping helps our sales team use our partner ecosystem in their deals instead of working alone. Our partners also get more visibility and transparency, since they can follow the status of the leads they send us. What do you like best about Kiflo?

It’s easy to use and customize, dashboards, the leads page, and the partner page all took minimal effort to tailor to our workflow. The Salesforce integration was super easy to set up, managing our team inside the platform is straightforward, and it’s made prospecting and building out our partner funnel much easier for us.
