Once I cleaned the lists through Kickbox, Aweber had no issues, and the imports went smoothly. The email verification is simple, fast and easy to use. The dashboard and user interface is great and intuitive. I specifically enjoy seeing the realtime reporting of email status' when verifying lists. It is quite satisfying. As for the Deliverability consultaion. The team I met with were very knowledgeable, proactive and got the job done. For Implementation and ease of integration, they have an API which is makes it easy to integrate into platforms. **What do you dislike about Kickbox?** The only downside I have encountered is when Verifying lists. We get handed back "Unknowns" which I have to extract, re-upload and process again until those emails get a result. e.g Deliverable, Risky or Undeliverable. It would be good if there was an automatic process in which if a list comes back with unknowns, they are automatically put into their own list and you have the option to run and the option to run the Unknowns until they have a result. From creating an account to going live with our integration was completed in a matter of hours. Their pricing is very competitive. The API documentation is very clear and easy to understand. The amount of detail you get about an email address is comprehensive and allows you to decide on a granular level what you are happy to accept e.g. disposable/not. We onboard 1,500+ customers a month, and it's vital that we can contact our customers by email. We've not had a single example where a customer has tried to sign up and a valid email has been rejected (and they would have told us if so), so it would seem the results are very accurate too. I had a question about how to interpret the results, and the support were very helpful and pointed me to one of their API doc pages which answered my questions comprehensively. **What do you dislike about Kickbox?** Genuinely, I haven't found any downsides or negatives about Kickbox. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a email verification solution. **What problems is Kickbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Kickbox allows us to prevent customers signing up to our service with incorrect/disposable email addresses. Kickbox provided just that, and I appreciated the descriptions and explanations for how they ranked each contact on the list. It was really easy to pull over the lists from HubSpot and run the checks through their integration, and the explanations all made sense. **What do you dislike about Kickbox?** Was a bit unimpressed with the amount of "unknown" and "risky" contacts when I would run checks. I did appreciate that they don't charge for unknown contacts, but definitely took a bit more manual work rather than a one-and-done scan approach. With the "risky" sends, it was WAY more than we were comfortable excluding from our send, and so we did a test, sending a separate email campaign to the risky list. Turns out, a number of them did end up opening the email, so would have been a shame to exclude them. **What problems is Kickbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are trying to work on lowering our bounce rate to better our Email Sender Authority, and email verification is a necessary feature to get that bounce rate lower, as well as hopefully bump up our open rate. I run several monthly giveaways to grow my brand and the brand of other creatives. In doing so, we sometimes get junk emails submitted, and those are not something I want to share with my clients. We want real humans who are interested in our work. That's where Kickbox comes in. With Kickbox, I can upload my list and choose from four different results to get the best list of leads for each purpose. I've tried a few competitors, but I keep coming back to Kickbox because the price is right, the service is easy to use, and the customer support is always friendly and fast! **What do you dislike about Kickbox?** I find it's best to separate your list into confirmed leads and unconfirmed leads because I do get some undeliverable errors, especially on mobile addresses, even though the users are deliverable because they've confirmed their entry. Other than that, the only downside to Kickbox that I can think of is that I wish it integrated into my website so I wouldn't have to shuffle around my lists from my giveaway software to Sheets to Kickbox, and then back to Sheets again, but I realize that's a big ask. For the amount of times I use Kickbox, I really can't complain! It is my go-to! **What problems is Kickbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Kickbox helps me weed out fake or spammy emails from users who sign up for my giveaways with less-than-genuine interest in hearing from the sponsors. Some people only want the freebie, regardless of what it is, and some people even like to sign up just to spam.
