It all started with a rough list being blocked from MialPoet newsletter sending program and I was trying to clean the list manually. I searched and found this website, KICKBOX.COM. The site was very easy to navigate and was clear how to upload my CSV file. The site very easily told me the issues with that original mailing list file after first upload. I fixed all issues to their instructions and reuploaded. I have to say it was very easy to get to this point with their guidance! The website immediately started to read the file and get rid of the bad emails.... WOW.... this took 4 minutes (I been working for days on this). I love how it gives you the option to JUST download the good emails i need into a csv file. The program works and it works fast and got me up and running with my newsletter program the same day. This is a tough question because I cant find anything I dislike about this website. Its ease of use and integration into my workflow is unquestionably an asset to my business. Kickbox is incredibly easy to use. I love that I can just upload a list and be confident in the results. When I came to our organization, we were blacklisted and have worked very hard to come back from that. Kickbox has been instrumental in keeping our lists clean and when we bring new folks in, ensuring those emails are legit, in use, and safe to send to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the integration with Hubspot the most. It makes it easy to clean our email list and reduce our bounce rate. I use it every time we have a big blast to all contacts to send out, which is generally whenever we have all-company office closures. It would be nice if it automatically excluded emails that previously bounced. Otherwise, we pay for the same credit multiple times. Of course, maybe this isn't Kickbox's fault and we should be excluding previously bounced emails from the list that we verify - I'll get to that! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Super easy tool to use with validating email lists. In our case not every contact initially lives in our CRM - and across business systems that may not be connected. Easy to use and export and sync info - in our case with HubSpot. Looking forward to using it more in a variety of applications to reduce hard bounces - which is important for us as many of our contacts are resellers - which have staff churn. There isn't much to say about disliking - as you can pay as you go and is user friendly. Nothing bad to say so far. It would be nice if plan pricing was listed up front to compare against pay as you go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like how well and easy the setup and integration is between HubSpot. It worked right away and was incredibly easy to set up. I have to train salespeople, and I basically had to do no training at all, because it is so straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only issue I have so far is that the notifications get sent to everyone on the team when one person runs a list. You can turn off these notifications, but I have figured out a way to figure to turn off the email receipts when I purchase more credits. I do not want every verifier to receive those emails. It was super easy to set up, and I could quickly clean up my email lists without much effort at all. The real value for me is how much it helped reduce our spam rates. It filtered out all the sketchy addresses, so now my emails actually reach the people they’re meant for. The best I like about Kick box is that we can validate or verify bulk email addresses quickly, which is a very simple and easy process with the application, we just need to upload bulk email addresses into this application and within a few minutes it provides a clean list of email addresses which are free from spammy, undeliverable and junk email addresses. The thing I dislike about Kickbox is that within the trial edition of this application, there is a limited number of credits available to validate email addresses, which should be increased to 500 credits so that better analysis can be done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It was very smooth to run multiples email lists from my own computer and through HubSpot. The reults and details were very detailed and helpful. I did not realize that some lists would be flagged and quarantined if it suspected it as a list that was not opted in. But there customer support was very responsive in discussing the quarantine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Kickbox makes the email verification process easy and streamlined. Our team uses Kickbox on a weekly basis. Credits are reasonably priced, and even though we do not use Kickbox to it's full potential, I would not hesitate to add it in greater capacity to our workflows. Credits expiring is annoying. I understand that is how their system works, but at our scale of verification we rarely make it through our purchased credits in the allotted timeframe. Credits are priced reasonably though so it is not a large issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
