I haven't use IDA function, using Eggplant functional only.

I think that the tool cost is expensive.

Too many moving parts.

Missing common functionalities.

UI based on OCR is helping us with real world sitations as we deal with instruments instead of a typical web automation. Orchestration of multiple automation suits is solved but DAI as we dont need Jenkins any more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Frequently EPF crash. More training videos and groups where we can post our queries and get the answers from Keysight team over mail conversation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
