The locker itself is very simple and easy to use both from a user aspect. The system to manage the locker is very straight forward and you an easily keep track of keys. I would say that I wished KeyNest had more locations with lockers, as some areas are quite empty. This can be inconvenient for certain properties, since guests may have to walk up to 15 minutes to collect their keys. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
