It's a complex subject matter, but they definitely give you the confidence that you're being set up for success with their product and help you at every step of the way. **What do you dislike about Ketch?** Haven't had any negative experiences so far. **What problems is Ketch solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ketch is solving the issue of data management and privacy for businesses like mine. It's helped me stay on top of a fairly complex subject that I wouldn't have otherwise been able to manage. ### 3. If we run into any new solution providers not supported, would be some lag in Ketch's integration buildouts but appears to be minimal delays. **What problems is Ketch solving and how is that benefiting you?** Collecting consent signals from our consumers, storing them and then utilizing those signals across our properties and into our solution providers. ### 5. Moreover, their support team understands the journey of privacy compliance, which is sorely needed in the space. **What do you dislike about Ketch?** There was more internal infrastructure setup than I expected, but that's partly due to the early stage our company was in. **What problems is Ketch solving and how is that benefiting you?** Privacy compliance for our media properties.
