The billing including multiple tiers of billing when we only dealt with one person (even for calls that only had one person on them!) **What problems is Kerr Consulting solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helped us with software implementation ### 2. We utilized Kerr from the start of our iSage Inacct implementation efforts, including the: ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes of moving our new portcos (generally from Quickbooks); Setup; Training, and; Utilization steps of the implementation process. They have also been very helpful in evaluating and the implementing add-ons (Sage Intacct has a vast marketplace), updates and upgrades. We will definately use them again as we add new portcos. ### 3. They make it easy to get support, and we like that they don't nickel and dime us for every little question. They have provided better service than our last consulting firm. **What do you dislike about Kerr Consulting?** We haven't had any problems. Everything has been smooth. **What problems is Kerr Consulting solving and how is that benefiting you?** Kerr helped us migrate our accounting to Sage and Sage CRM. They are very friendly, and have been a great resource for us over the years. They have helped us streamline our operations and we have become much more efficient as a result. ### 4. It would have been best if there were a more expedited implementation plan.
