What do you like best about KerioControl?

Kerio Control it's a very high customisable UTM for network control with a easy and intuitive GUI and friendly with others technologies Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KerioControl?

The SSL Certificates and VPNs it's sometimes tricky and need more control from SSH console. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is KerioControl solving and how is that benefiting you?

Handle the traffic of a entirely network it's a hard stuff. But with Kerio Control people with some notions of network, connections, ports, protocols and patterns analysis, will find Kerio Control easy peasy. Fortigate, Endian, Cisco, Aruba, and so on it's not than intuitive like Kerio Control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about KerioControl?

I use Content Filter, NAT Rules with port forwarding, traffic control, Bandwidth optimization. I have vCenter Esxi, implement it there, it works excellent. Everything is good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KerioControl?

In some situation, I have problems with a time server, which cause problems in the LOG of Kerio control. i am searching for this solution. And some technical issues during updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"My experience with Kerio Control"

What do you like best about KerioControl?

Kerio Control is one of the best intrusion detection and prevention system. The main reason why I love using it is because of its simplicity and ease of configuration. You can administer it from anywhere and anytime from your desktop or remotely from a tablet device. It manages bandwidth via prioritization and traffic monitoring, Internet link load balancing, and limiting access to streaming video and peer-to-peer networks. It helps to preserve the integrity of your network by preventing viruses and exploits, configuration-free VPN clients, create both in and outbound traffic policies, protect your servers, and advanced networking routing. What do you dislike about KerioControl?

There is always room for improvement. It would have been better to look after the issue with the disconnection of the Kerio Control VPN Client without any specific reason. Also, one of the main issues that I found is after the connection of the VPN client, it reduces the speed of the internet. Load balancing is a huge issue with this software. Mykerio is pretty easy to use. And the changes made through the web interface apply quickly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KerioControl?

If support cant figure it out, and your hardware is older then you are out of luck. It makes sense because I know they can't support all hardware forever, but we have had this hardware for very long and already the ips slows down our internet connection Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
