Its simple, the rooms are larger more interactive versions of the folders on your computer, where you can see the files and documents you upload along with have clear discussions and an exchange of versions. Customer support was really great, the team always went beyond their way. I also love how you get updates at the same time every day about what's happening in the rooms, via email. Kenja provides a clean user interface for groups to manage their content. The ability to be granular with allowing access to users provides a good way to keep workstreams separate and ensure that people do not have access to more than they need. The calendar functionality is useful for scheduling meetings and making sure everyone is on the same page.
