The UI is clean, and the product is easy to use thanks to its simplicity. Downtime has been very minimal, the CS Team is high quality and responsive, and overall it’s cost-effective.

**What do you like best about Keka?**

I like how Keka allows me to regularize and align missed logs. It's very convenient to download payslips whenever needed, which simplifies payroll management. I also appreciate the ability to give rewards to team members, fostering a positive work environment. The initial setup of Keka was very easy, which made the transition smooth for our team.

**What do you dislike about Keka?**

The regularize feature doesn't work well. For instance, if I missed logging my attendance on March 2 and tried to regularize it on March 22, it throws an error.

**What problems is Keka solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keka helps us with payroll, time, and attendance management. I like that I can regularize missed logs, download payslips anytime, and reward team members.

I find Keka's report generation and data generation features really good. They offer clear data interpretation, which is important for me.

The Asset Management may be made included in default purchase instead of additional.

Keka solves attendance maintenance issues in hybrid work settings. The report and data generation features provide clear data interpretation, making it valuable for my tasks.

**What do you like best about Keka?**

We have moved to keka in 2019 and upgraded on a lot of new features they provided over a period of time. Keka is a very comprehensive platform, we found it to be a perfect fit for the requirement we had. The feature request the keka team provides actually is very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Keka?**

Some of the features are limiting like comp off - option where one day can only be set off against 1 day of working on holidays where as our policy is for providing 1.5 days of time off for one day work. There is no setting that allows you enable this.

**What problems is Keka solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In a smaller business set up, the limited resources and manpower to work in HR is one of the main issues, keka helps us reduce the elaborate work we did earlier and maintaining excel sheets and data is all managed at one place.

Keka is very user friendly and doesn't have any complexities.

Few features can be more automated where we can get detailed analysis at one go like the Keka PMS - there are multiple departments, review cycle for each dept for every month needs to made, but the analysis of pending reviews is tiresome.

It helped me perform Keka PMS and others things easily.

**What do you like best about Keka?**

Keka has made managing work related tasks really simple from an employee perspective. I can easily check my attendance, apply for leave, request regularization, and view all my pay slips without needing to contact HR every time. The interface is clean and intuitive, and the mobile app makes it super convenient to handle approvals and requests on the go.

**What do you dislike about Keka?**

One limitation I’ve noticed is with weekends and comp-offs. Our company sometimes schedules us to come to the office on weekends, but Keka considers Saturday and Sunday as the default weekends. It automatically deducts the comp-off for these days, even if I wasn’t available on other weekdays that should have been my week-offs. A more flexible weekend and comp-off option would make it much more accurate for employees with non-standard schedules.

**What problems is Keka solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Keka, managing HR-related tasks was time-consuming and confusing — checking attendance, submitting leave requests, accessing pay slips, and tracking approvals all required back-and-forth emails with HR. Keka has centralized all of this, making it quick and convenient. I can now handle all these tasks anytime, even on mobile, without depending on HR.
It also provides transparency — I can track approvals, comp-offs, and reimbursements on my own. Having all updates, policies, and feedback in one place helps me stay informed and manage my work-life balance better. Overall, it saves time, reduces administrative hassle, and gives me more control over my daily work.

Easy to use the infrastructure, and it is easily accessible to users and employees. All major things are under one roof which is good.

**What do you dislike about Keka?**

We would like to highlight a few areas where improvement is needed in the overall support experience:

The support response process needs enhancement — even for minor queries, we are required to send multiple follow-up emails, which impacts turnaround time.

The biometric support team needs significant improvement. There seems to be a lack of clarity on expectations, and getting timely support from them has been quite challenging.

Some features on KEKA appear to be overly rigid, and the development team often struggles to understand the rationale behind our enhancement requests.

Additionally, previously resolved bugs tend to reappear frequently, which leads to recurring frustration and loss of confidence in the system’s stability.

Employee management is bliss, and database management related to on/ off boarding is amazing.

I like Keka's user-friendly interface. It provides all required notifications on time and makes filling tax declarations and tax calculations very easy. I also appreciate that Keka support is very prompt in responding to any query. The transition to Keka was easy, and at the initial stage, Keka took a lot of inputs and customized it as per my company's requirements.

I would suggest Keka to go global and help us work on payroll globally for other countries. It should introduce other countries' payroll compliance and provide services there as well.

Keka offers a convenient way for all employees to access updates, check leave balances, and request time off through a single platform. Its user-friendly interface allows us to easily see the status of our colleagues, whether they are on leave or simply away from their desks. The Financial Section makes it straightforward to retrieve recent paystubs and other financial documents, and the platform also provides access to login and logout details. Overall, it’s an excellent software solution that brings all the essential features together in one place.

At times, log updates may be delayed, and there are occasional bugs that can cause the system to go offline without warning. Although features like email notifications and team status updates would enhance the experience, I still recommend this for companies that need to monitor employee status.

I was particularly impressed by how easy it was to view paystubs, check both login and logout history, confirm leave balances, and submit leave requests. Keka is very helpful for attendance marking, and I can easily view my leave balance, which solves my attendance and leave issues. I appreciate the ability to apply and regularize my attendance easily. It's very easy to set up, as it just sends an OTP to mobile and email to log in. I also like that I can raise issues with HR directly through the platform.

I like the hassle-free process of applying for and editing work-from-home requests, leave, and compensatory off with Keka. It's also easy for me to access my financial details and use the ITR assistant. Without Keka, managing these aspects would be paper-based and more difficult. It's definitely easy to use, and I've been using it comfortably for three and a half years.

**What do you dislike about Keka?**

I think Keka allows companies to restrict features like leave cancellation, and while this is configurable, it can be inconvenient for employees. In cases of accidental leave applications, not being able to cancel a pending request without manager involvement makes simple corrections unnecessarily complex.”

Main thing is payroll, it is saving HR and Finance department time
Helpdesk another fav module for my employees in all locations.

**What do you like best about Keka?**

Keka is helpful in managing HR operational functions more efficiently, and I especially give kudos for the payroll process feature. The alignment of attendance, leave tracking, and the payroll system makes the payroll process easier and efficient. The initial setup was good, thanks to a good demo.

**What do you dislike about Keka?**

I face some blocks regarding Keka. The clock in and clock out issue, where even if an employee clicks clock out, it is not reflected and shows penalties. Keka’s login feature is not functioning properly at times. This problem happens on the system frequently.

**What problems is Keka solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keka helps manage HR operations more efficiently, especially the Payroll process. It streamlines attendance and leave tracking, which is reflected in Payroll, making the process quick and efficient.

Keka is extremely user-friendly, and implementing it in our office was a smooth process. I also want to mention that our Customer Success Manager, Samaksh Deol, has been very proactive in reaching out to us, which greatly assisted us in both implementing Keka and rerunning our payroll. Previously, we encountered several issues with payroll, but Samaksh and Anusha visited our organization and helped us reconfigure the system. Since then, everything has been working well.

An edit option should be available to allow modifications during the resignation process.

Keka has made daily administration and manual work much easier for us. Previously, we faced some challenges in managing various tasks, but since we started using Keka, handling everything has become much simpler.

Keka is an incredible platform and has solved some critical people management pain points for me including Attendance & Leaves, Announcements, Claims and most importantly, hiring. I get access to a customized career portal which has created an ease for the applicants (via a seamless application portal) and for our team by providing a robust admin portal where I can manage the entire hiring journey at place - from sourcing to screening, scheduling interviews and all the way to onboarding.

Their support is top notch - super responsive and capable and have always gone an extra mile to ensure that me and my team get a good experience using Keka.

**What do you dislike about Keka?**

As of now, there is nothing that I dislike about the platform.

**What problems is Keka solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Time to manage leaves and claims significantly saved as compared to doing it manually
2. Since most of the team operates from our overseas location, I now have complete visibility of their office attendance and entry/exit time stamps due to geo-fencing.
3. Hiring is a breeze now. We used to receive applciations on Linkedin or Email and collecting to shortlisting them was supremely time consuming and inefficient. Now, we can also shortlist better through effective filters and by adding the right screening questions in the application form.

I like that Keka's interface is easy to navigate and understand, even for new employees, and it covers almost all areas in the software. I also appreciate the simple click-based model, which helps in navigating every corner of the software. The initial setup was very easy, with most of the tasks handled by the team while they taught us about the bulk upload of data.

I feel the LMS needs improvement to match the cost it is offered at. Also, the integration system with third parties isn't ideal. Some integration options didn't work well for us, and I think the integration cost needs to be placed more mindfully.

It's basically something I check every day. The initial setup was very easy and understandable, similar to any typical HR software for employees.

Sometimes the system just hangs and is slow. The integration with our finger punch machine does not work as smoothly as I'd like it to.
